It takes three combinations of codes/combinations to access three different areas. The combination for the garage never did work but the padlock was locked in the open position, so we just left it that way. The code for the side door to the garage never worked but we didn't need to use it. The code to the actual room worked and we were relatively comfortable. There are a few small ants that we saw but it was not a big problem. Air conditioning was great. Laundry was coin operated, but we didn't use it.

The place was perfect for my husband and I, very cute, beachy, and clean, super comfy bed too! We loved that it was right on Balboa blvd. bc it was a short walk to beach and bayside. We also loved bbq’ing and sitting at the table on the courtyard. Convenient that laundry machines were in the garage along with lots of chairs and boogie boards for guests to borrow. Janet was quick at getting back to us when we had questions which we really appreciated. We will definitely be back! 10/10 recommendation from us!

Everything was great as listed. Easy beach access. We parked on the street usually right in front. Everything else we were there for was easy to get even with the heavier spring break traffic.

A sweet get away

Perfect location, comfortable bed, fluffy pillows and A+ bedding. The suite was very enjoyable and the perfect spot to call home while visiting and enjoying all Newport Beach has to offer.

Lovely super clean Studio in a fantastic location.

You mentioned several things that would improve a guests experience in the future and we listened. The frame around the bathroom mirror has been repaired. The miss print in the guide for our WiFi has been corrected. What's interesting is that you were the only one that noticed it. We will verify receipt of all self check in codes. Great location

We enjoyed our almost week long stay. The location could not be better. It was also nice to have a full kitchen. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of storage for the 2 of us.

My stay was for 6 nights in total. Very nice accommodations. Very clean. Kitchen was nice and large enough. All appliances were in good working condition. Bed, bathroom and living area were nice & sufficient. The location was within walking distance to the Newport Beach pier. Communication w owner leading up to my stay was always prompt and very good information.Definitely would stay again if ever in Newport Beach area again.

Wonderful!

We had a lovely stay at this property! The location was perfect, just a quick walk to the beach and surrounded by many shops and restaurants! The property manager was very helpful when we needed to store our bags before checkin as well as accommodating our need for a late check out! Definitely recommend!

The unit was awesome. Spotless to clean spacious. Full kitchen. Nice outdoor seating for breakfast. A three minute walk to the beach. Plenty of free street parking. Communication with the owner was perfect. Fantastic location. You don’t even have to move your car so much to do within walking distance.

Great Location!

The check in/out process was so easy, well stocked and we loved the location right between the Ocean and Bay, we watched the boat parade right behind the Unit. I would however suggest having a couple blankets stocked in the Closet, it got a bit chilly at night. I would definitely recommend this Unit and come back to stay again.
