The location was great and short walk to public beach. Very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Alice was very responsive and helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Alice was great to work - so quick to respond with anything you might need. The property was well stocked and the recent renovations were great! The walk to the beach was SUPER easy - we have 2 young kids and it wasn’t too long for them. Convenient to all the things 30A has to offer. Would definitely stay again!

The host was excellent! Alice was always quick to answer any questions and very pleasant to converse with in general. The condo was perfect for what we were looking for on our first trip to Santa Rosa area, supposedly to bike along 30A but the weather totally did not cooperate. So we just shopped! Close enough to go to PCB one day Destin another and then all the little local shops and food trucks. Cool place! I’d highly recommend it.

This condo was perfect for me and my friend for a weekend stay. The price point was ideal as it didn't break the bank but we each got our own room and bathroom of course there were only two of us. It was clean it's in a perfect location. It's right down the road both walkable and bikeable to seaside. But also easily accessible to Alys Beach and rosemary and pretty much everywhere else. The communication with the property managers was perfect they responded immediately with any questions that I had either before this stay during and after this stay. The beach is very easily accessible. There are beach chair rentals on the beach and the condo also had some chairs and umbrella as well. I would stay at this property again it would highly recommend it to others.
