This was a nice a spacious property looks better in person then on the pictures. Everything was functional and we enjoyed our stay and willing to book again if not occupied at the time

Very tastefully updated.Kids loved the loft spaces. Perfect location with beach access right across the street. Really comfortable beds!

House was very clean and adorable. Beds were comfortable, check in was easy and seem less. Only suggestion is to add curtains to the bedroom windows that morning sunlight is bright. Thanks for a great stay!

The house was very clean and the decor was beautiful! It was quiet and we enjoyed having coffee on the screened in porch. Just a short drive to the beach and restaurants. We had some issues with the lock box but were able to get it figured out as the host was super quick to respond! Would stay here again and would definitely recommend.

We have checked out and left the house per the instructions. We truly enjoyed your comfy house.Great location Comfortable bedsNicely decorated Just a couple of items that you might already be aware of -1 water pressure in kitchen is very low, making doing dishes very frustrating 2 water pressure in shower is low and hard to control.3 washer not working properly. Perhaps instructions would be helpful.Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.Thank you.

It was a good property!The only thing I was disappointed in was the washer wouldn’t fill and when I called the host, she said nobody could get out there to fix it! And we had ants in the kitchen and she didn’t send anyone out to exterminate

I'm torn about how many stars to give this house. The location, decor, communication, and attempts at problem resolution were excellent, but we experienced several pretty big issues.1) We had no hot water. This was NOT the fault of the property/host; a major rainstorm occurred before we arrived in the late afternoon, and apparently the storm caused an electrical outage that blew out the hot water heater control board. Once the property manager understood there was a problem, she immediately arranged for a handyman to come the next morning and check it out. Unfortunately, though, the problem was not going to be fixed before we left. We were offered a discount for this inconvenience, which seemed appropriate.2) After dark, the one bathroom and both downstairs bedrooms were swarmed with flying ants. These did not seem to sting and did settle down after we turned off the lights and went to bed, but it was very disconcerting.3) The countertop ice maker (which is the only ice source) had some mildew around the inside edges, and the scoop inside of it had large dark splotches of something that looked like mildew or stains. Also, the previous renters had left old food in the freezer, which the housekeeper didn't throw away.The interior decor is very cute, and at first glance everything seemed just as advertised and well maintained. However, the ants, mildew, and old food gave us pause and made us wonder if there were other maintenance issues that weren't obvious.
