We had a fantastic stay at El Capitan. The host is AMAZING and we were welcomed with a few staples in the fridge and some drinks. It was so thoughtful and such a blessing after a long day of travel. The house is so well designed and comfortable. It had everything g we needed for the beach and pool. We were just a short walk to Malecón and enjoyed walking to get dinner. The grocery stores are also a short walk and very convenient. We 100% would stay here again and recommend anyone that wants to stay in Vieques to stay at the El Capitan.

Our 3 generational group of 6 could not have been happier with El Capitan. Every room was beautifully decorated yet not over the top. We felt very comfortable and made ourselves at home. The 4 bedrooms were spacious and the beds were so comfortable, and each with it's ensuite. The pool was crystal clear and had all the floating toys we needed. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and towels made the trips to the beach simple and fun. Our host was attentive when we had some first day questions and checked with us if there was anything further the house could use. We all thought about that and came up with nothing! The house is large and clean and the backyard trees are full of mangos, almonds, bananas and papayas free for the picking. The location was just far enough away from the Malecon that we never heard the late night music, but close enough to stroll down in just a few minutes. We will be back as soon as we can!.

My husband and I discovered Vieques 12 years ago and fell in love with its island charm. We are both boat captains and sailing instructors, and travel frequently for work. We love to meet new people and enjoy hosting guests whether it's on the water or on land. We look forward to having you aboard and making your experience one of kind!
