The condo was private, quiet, clean, and had a great view of the bay side of the island. The beach is close and we had no issues at all. Would love to stay again in the future.

10 Stars. Double Gated. Perfect for Family of 4. Quiet. Super Clean. Fully Equiped. Close to 2 Pools on the water. Balcony Overlooks a Tidal Flat and Part of Laguna Madre. Stairs By Parking Spot with Locker for beach / toys / fishing gear, etc. Boat ramp and docks adjacent (although not sure if any entitlements are included with rental). Dolphins can be seen with a good set of binoculars (there is even a telescope in living room). Gas Grill on Balcony. Bring Cofee (there was Cuban Expresso Pods... and coffee filters). Washer Dryer, Plenty of Towels, Pillows, and Bedding. Comfortable couch folds into a comfy bed (protector and bedding in main floor BR Closet). There are Guest Parking Spots if you have more than one car (parking passes inside Condo) Also saw boat trailer parking (but not sure if rental includes entitlement). All in all I give 10 Stars. If you have a 4WD go North to County Beach Access #6 (12 Cash by 7 PM) and drive to UFO Beach (if you dare, go farther for pristine beaches) Just fill up on fuel and bring plenty of drinking water (just in case). This Condo is a corner unit and seem to always catch the breeze. I give it 10 Stars and Jan was very nice (although we never had any issues). A My Mother and Daughter and Nephew (who cooked a gourmet meal for us in the condo) also give it a A. We had a wonderful time (although it was too short of a stay as a mini vacation). Stairs gave us some good exercise (No Elevator so dont pack super heavy bags). Perfect!
