The Space:

This location is hard to beat, with tons of dining and attractions just a short walk away. Do some shopping at one of the several boutiques around the property. Take a short drive to Santa Rosa Golf & Beach Club for an afternoon with friends or head 15 miles west to the well-known fishing village of Destin. For a bit of fresh air, head over to Longleaf Pine Trailhead and explore the diversity of the landscape here in Santa Rosa Beach.



This relaxing, third-floor studio is fully furnished for home comfort. Enjoy partial views of the Gulf of Mexico while sipping coffee or cocktails on the private balcony. The handy kitchen is equipped for added convenience. The shared tennis courts and shared pools will occupy days not spent at the beach and a large smart TV is available for movie nights and winding down after days of sun and fun.

If you’re looking for simplicity of a king size bed, full bathroom, mini fridge, and microwave then this room is perfect. It has a little balcony too which I enjoyed every morning and evening. Walking distance from EVERYTHING!! I didn’t rent a car and I’m glad. The beach was one block away. I would wake up in the morning, go to a coffee shop and walk along the beach.They have a couple coffee shops that open between 6/6:30 AM. Tons of great restaurants! Some of my favorites are The Perfect Pig Grill and Fish House (offers, breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner), Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar (BEST OYSTERS), Shelby’s Beach Bar & Grill (loved getting lunch here), Papa Surf Burger Bar (another favorite lunch spot), Pizza by the Sea (great pizza), and a couple ice cream shops for dessert. Truly everything walking distance. Great for couples and families to explore and enjoy.

The room was a bit smaller than expected, but still suitable for a couple. There were water views between the buildings across the street. It had great proximity to the beach. The designated entrance was not really needed as public access was just as close. Shops and amenities were adequate, but also close enough to drive a little ways to more options. Only real drawback to the property was parking issues.Host did will in communication. Checking in and out was easy.The unit could use some touch ups and maintenance. Considering the cost, furniture pieces should not be pealing, need massive amounts of paint, or the like. The tv also was not operating properly.Considering the location, I’d consider returning, in hopes some of the maintenance had been addressed.
