Stay in this FRESHLY FURNISHED WITH NEW FURNITURE Spanish-style 2BR/2BA home in Sherman Oaks, Los Angeles. Located in a quiet neighborhood yet minutes to Universal Studios, Hollywood Walk of Fame, Santa Monica Beaches, Beverly Hills, SoFi and major freeways. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with espresso maker, air fryer, fast Wi-Fi, cozy living room with smart TV, private yard, king bed primary suite, queen bed +workspace, driveway and plenty of free street parking. Ideal for families, professionals, or long stays.

NO PARTIES, EVENTS OR FILMING!
NO PETS
Only registered guests may stay. No third-party bookings. Guests must be 21+ and provide a government ID with selfie for verification. Max occupancy is 6 guests.

COMPLAINTS & REFUNDS
Report issues within 2 hours of check-in. Refunds are not given for circumstances outside our control (weather, outages, appliance malfunctions). Disrespectful guests may be removed.

NOISE & NEIGHBORHOOD
Keep noise low, especially after 10 PM. Please respect neighbors.

NO SMOKING
No smoking or vaping indoors or outdoors. Violations may incur cleaning fees up to $2,500.

EXTENDED STAYS
Bi-weekly cleaning required for stays over 30 days (at 50% of checkout cleaning fee, payment requested at time of booking). For monthly stay we provide essentials for the first few days. We reserve the right to inspect the property every 2 weeks with 24-hour notice to ensure that it is kept in good condition. If the property is not maintained in an acceptable condition, we reserve the right to cancel any remaining days of the reservation

MAIL & DELIVERIES
This home cannot be used as a mailing address. Food and package deliveries are allowed. Monthly guests should use a nearby PO Box.

CHECK OUT & LIABILITY
Take out all trash. No stays past checkout. This is a short-term rental; no tenant rights apply. Violating rules may result in removal without refund.

My wife and I stayed at this beautifully appointed home for five days. Ella is a true pleasure as a host. The home had everything we needed for our stay. It was very well decorated and immaculatley clean. The home is located in a very nice neighborhood and within walking distance from anything you may want or require. Very close to freeways for ease access. PARKING INCLUDED! Parking is a challenge in LA. This home had it all!! We will definitely come back again in the near future. Thank you Ella.

This has been one of best rental experiences I've had. The home is lovely, clean and well taken care of. Absolutely beautiful inside and out. There are several amenities including toiletries, ironing board, hair dryer, snacks, full kitchen equipment, and even recommendations on things to do nearby. Home is located in a nice neighborhood that is quiet and safe. Plenty of parking on the street as well as a driveway available. The host is amazing and very kind. She was responsive to all my messages and welcoming. The experience felt like staying at a high tier hotel but with the space and privacy of a home.

Elias’s place exceeded my expectations. It’s a lovely, cozy and immaculate house. Great off street parking, close to grocery and stocked with everything you might need during your stay This is the best VRBO I have visited…thanks to this special host, Ella. I look forward to returning as this will serve as my home away from home when I come to Sherman Oaks to visit my new granddaughter in October .
