Overall, we were very pleased with the property itself. We had plenty of room for our family of 12 and really enjoyed the location with the new public beach access right down the road. The pool turned green within a few days of our stay, but the pool guy had it cleaned up by the next morning. We were really disappointed that there were no outside trash cans on the property on arrival and the management company could not get a resolution to our problem during our stay. It was not pleasant to have to smell and look at our trash all week without cans on the property.

Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback! We’re glad to hear the property provided plenty of space for your family of 12 and that you enjoyed the convenient location and nearby public beach access. We’re also pleased that the pool was able to be cleaned up promptly. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration caused by the lack of outdoor trash cans, especially having to deal with the trash throughout your stay. We understand how unpleasant that must have been, and we’re disappointed that the management team was unable to resolve the issue while you were there. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will review it with our team to help prevent this from happening to future guests. We hope to have the opportunity to host your family again!
