Centrally located in the Courtyard Villas complex between the airport and waterfront attractions, this condo offers the perfect dose of convenience and comfort. Enjoy the sunshine and coastal breezes on the private patio, equipped with a foot-rinse station for washing off sandy toes. The shared pool will make for a refreshing dip after a fun hot-weather hike, and the picnic bench makes this a great spot to enjoy alfresco meals. The bright, breezy interior is tastefully furnished with contemporary appliances and an understated nautical theme throughout. The open-concept layout includes a full kitchen, a dining table, and leather sofas. After a day of adventures, unwind in the cooling comfort of central air-conditioning while catching up with your favorite shows or enjoying a family movie night on the TV.

The guest bedroom overlooks the pool when it's time to call it a night.

Stayed for 3 nights with 3 kids and had an amazing time. This place is clean, good size and has everything you need for cooking, sleeping and relaxing. Location is very convenient, close to East beach, pier and good restaurants.

Issues from the git go

Carpet stained worn and dirty. No mention in vrbo listing or pics of steps, would not have rented. Up bath fan doesn’t work. Caked food and greasy utensils and pans in kitchen. 4 c coffeemaker too small for 2 br. No dish drying rack. Smoke detector with no batteries found in kitchen drawer. Local Vacasa said they would replace next day never happened. No broadcast tv only streaming.place needs deep clean ex top of fridge and garbage can filthy. No tp holders. Cannot recommend.

Weekend get away

Nice little property not far from a lot of the restaurants we like and beach access. Only issue we had that was resolved pretty quick was the check in information came later than the check in time.

Great location, not so great property

Pros: great location. Close to beach, shopping and restaurants. Our family of 5 fit comfortably and the kids loved the bunk room! Great supply of starters for toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and dishwashing detergent, and toiletries. Cons: a lot of work needs to be done. The walls are all dirty and there were dirty footprints on the ladder of the bunk bed. The mirror in the half bath was torn off the wall. There was no closet in the master bedroom to hang closes. The closet was locked by the owner. The bunk room had 2 closets but no drawers for clothes. There is no where to store groceries. The power went out our first night and there were no candles or flashlights. There are no toilet paper holders so our toilet paper got knocked into the toilet one day. We would not choose to stay here again unless a lot of updates are made

Location, location, location

This property was just as advertised. It was within walking distance to the pier and many shopping and dining establishments, but far enough away from it to provide a quiet, relaxing getaway.

This location was absolutely perfect. I was in town on business and a little family time. I was able to accomplish both without any issues. My family and I had an excellent time.

Short Stay

The property is as advertised. Comfortable beds, nice new furnishings. Great outside patio area. Perfect for a longer stay. Convenient location. We didn’t get to enjoy as much as we would have liked due to rainy weather. Quaint town with great restaurants incredible sunsets. I would highly recommend
