Our site(#1155a) is located in popular Holiday Inn section, of AWARD-WINNING Ocean Lakes Family Campground - a fabulous family entertainment facility with lots of amenities. Takes only a quick stroll (or seconds by golf cart- NOT included) from our home to get your toes in the sand! VRBO shows at top of our listing that our house is a 11 min. walk to the beach. That is incorrect. Our house is about a 200 yard walk to the beach. It is a very short walk if you do not have a golf cart.

A little about our beach house!
Our two-story home features everything to make your vacation enjoyable!
- A spacious first level deck with plenty of seating for family to gather for meals or lounging!
- There are 4 bedrooms with closets and a 5th bedroom (no closet, only garment rack) with entry to balcony/upper deck
- Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to make & serve meals. We provide a griddle, crockpot, traditional coffee pot, air fryer, an Instapot, various pots & pans & utensils. Skip doing dishes thanks to the dishwasher!
- There is 1 gas grill and 1 charcoal grill under the house. PLEASE move grills away from the vinyl railing and house before use!
- Inside dining area for 6+ people and bar area in kitchen seating 3 people. 2 highchairs for little ones
- A stackable washer/dryer combo in kitchen closet
- Hangout area underneath the house
- FREE Wi-Fi at our house!!
- Our house is equipped with outdoor cameras to ensure the guests checking in are as represented. Cameras are NOT inside our home, nor are they left on during your stay
- Our home is 2-story and on stilts so please be aware of the stairs. We do not have an elevator
- Update as of 6/21/2023. Ten (10) total people will be our MAXIMUM number of guests per booking
- Parking under home will accommodate 3-4 vehicles (parking is tight) Please do not move any furniture to accommodate parking
- Guests are responsible for paper products. Linens & towels are available for an additional fee of $150.00. Please ask us about this service!

Once you park your car under the beach house, the calm friendly community of Ocean Lakes will envelop you. You can relax on the decks or on the beach or chose to enjoy the many recreational activities available within the resort community. You can choose to venture off to experience the many nearby attractions including over 100 golf courses and breathtaking assortment of attractions the Myrtle Beach area has to offer.

Has 24-hour security, 10 mph speed limit, lifeguards, two Olympic-size pools (indoor and outdoor), two baby pools, and a kids splash zone. Exactly, you can let the kids go at Ocean Lakes and fill at ease.

Great place and close to the beach. Could walk to the beach in just a few minutes. The home is fully stocked with kitchen appliances which was very convenient. Large dining table that hosted our nightly game nights with the entire family. Deck was also amazing! So many good things to say about this place! We hope to be back next year!

Perfect House and Great Host

The house was perfect for our family. The master bedroom and washer dryer are on the first floor, meaning we could put the little ones to bed or down for a nap and watch tv, shower, or do laundry and not worry about waking them. There is a bedroom upstairs with an en-suite bathroom if you want. The loft bedroom was great for a couple of needed and the bunk bed room could fit 4-6 kids. The final bedroom upstairs had a pack n play if needed. Loved the little touches: ceiling fans, sheets/towels/wash cloths/bath mats included, starter toilet paper and paper towels, outdoor tv and shower, comfy deck chairs on both levels, and tvs everywhere. All the kitchen items you could need, great refrigerator with plenty of space, and it stayed nice and cool even in the 90 degree weather. There is plenty of parking for cars and a golf car. While the spaces look skinny, you will fit - we put an F150 and Odyssey van on one side. Very close to the beach, not far from the pool, and in a generally quiet area. We will be back again.

An amazing vacation

We loved our week at Ocean Lakes! Randy was a great host and was easy to communicate with and responded promptly with any questions. House was a perfect setup for 2 families with kids. Location is a quick walk to the beach or a 2 min golf cart ride. Nice quiet area in the evening. Loved every minute !! Would be happy to book with Randy again in the future. The outdoor area on the decks were great, it provided the house with an additional eating area or game area in the evenings.

Overall great place

This was a great place to stay, great location, and plenty of space for our family. I love that all the kitchen stuff was readily available, we had some nice family dinners with lots of table space for all of us. And not to mention all the amenities of ocean lakes, just made it even better! Overall great place to stay.

Great stay

Our family of 10 had a great stay! Randy was extremely kind and had great communication making sure we had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. The location from the house to the beach was very convenient, giving us the option of walking if we didn’t want to riding a golf cart or if we forgot something. Plenty of parking for our 3 suvs. Loved the upstairs deck to watch the storms and read. The downstairs deck was perfect to drink morning coffee, do our Bible studies &all 10 of us to play card games.

Cut short due to Debby

The place was great, however we were only able to enjoy two days due to Hurricane Debby coming in and threats of historic flooding. The SC governor had declared a state of emergency, so we left early to avoid flooding issues and other potential dangers.

We truly enjoyed our stay there. The owner is such a nice guy and had great communication, ensuring we had what we needed. The house was very nice and the kitchen had everything which was a nice surprise. We loved the location to the beach. Great house, short walk to the beach!

This property was great for our family vacation! The house was even better than expected! It was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, there was plenty of seating for our family (8 adults and 6 kids all under 8). The outdoor furniture was high quality with lots of seating too. The outdoor shower was great to have. The walk to the beach was short and very easy. We did find the beach wasn't as crowded on this side of the park, possibly because its the edge of the park. The owner was very nice, responsive, helpful and easy to get in touch with. You can tell he takes pride in his property. We'd definitely recommend this house!

Family Vacation

This property was perfect for a family vacation. Very clean, plenty of towels, lots of seating inside and outside. The owner was very engaged from the start, ensuring we had everything we needed prior to our stay and during our stay. Definitely a 5/5 all around. Hoping to make this property our family tradition.

Very clean and exactly as described

This house is exactly what you see in the pictures. We had a mixture of family stay here with 13 in total and we all fit comfortably. The room with bunk beds is perfect for kids. It is very clean and comes with everything you need. The owner is very responsive and helpful. Check in was super easy.
