Modern, pet-friendly 3-bedroom, 2-bath home in Southport, NC. Sleeps 6, with a king and two queen beds, just minutes from Southport, Oak Island and Caswell Beach.

THE HOME
A bright, clean coastal retreat with contemporary design, a spacious living room and a dining area for six. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless appliances, granite counters, a large island with bar seating, a dishwasher and a coffee station. Bedrooms have upscale 100% cotton percale bedding, and there is fast WiFi. It is a good fit for families, couples and work stays.

OUTDOORS
Open backyard with a grass lawn and a small concrete patio with an outdoor couch.

LOCATION
About 10 minutes to Southport Marina and waterfront, Caswell Beach and the Maritime Museum, and 5 minutes to St. James Plantation clubs. Restaurants and shops are a few minutes away.

PETS
Dogs are welcome: up to 2 dogs, each under 50 lbs. Pet fee is $150 per stay. Please keep pets leashed outside and off the beds and couches, and pick up after them.

PARKING
Driveway parking only, up to 3 cars. No parking on the grass or street. No trailers, boats or RVs.

CHECK-IN
Easy self check-in with a smart lock. Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

GOOD TO KNOW
No smoking, and no parties or events. The booking guest must stay for the whole reservation. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM. We list no hidden fees, and the only extra charge is the optional pet fee.

The space and bedrooms were very comfortable and clean. Everything you need is there, with great child amenities and entertainment systems in each room. The host was very easy and pleasurable to communicate with and we would definitely stay there again on our next visit!

Excellent hosts! We stayed an extended time due to construction delays on our home. The host was very easy to reach when needed(prior to check in-no issues during our stay) they checked in to make sure all was good without stay and were super friendly! Glad we found such great hosts!

Super easy check in-smart lock with code for guests. Host was super responsive and always available! No issues with the stay, great house in a very nice neighborhood! We had to stay for an extended time due to our home construction delays but they made it a great stay!!

The house was very clean and pet friendly! The host was responsive to all my questions. All appliances were clean and looked brand new including kitchen utensils. Having a washer and dryer is an awesome benefit. The neighborhood was quiet and nice. Would rent again.

We're quick to reply and happy to share our favorite spots for food, beaches and downtown Southport.

We chose this area because it is quiet and residential, yet close to everything the Southport and Oak Island area is known for. In about 10 minutes you can reach Southport's waterfront and marina, Caswell Beach and the Maritime Museum, and golf at St. James Plantation is only 5 minutes away. Restaurants, coffee and grocery stops are close by, so guests get a peaceful home base without giving up convenience

This is a newer, modern home that feels fresh and bright, with details that make a difference: 100% cotton percale bedding, a fully equipped kitchen with a large island and a coffee station, fast WiFi, and TVs in the bedrooms. One bedroom has a desk, so it works well for remote work. It is also truly pet-friendly, with an open backyard and a patio with an outdoor couch. Self check-in with a smart lock makes arriving easy.
