This memorable condo is the perfect home base for your trip to Kailua-Kona. Guests enjoy a tranquil one-bedroom space with a soothing living room that features a comfortable sofa bed. The cool air conditioning keeps the atmosphere refreshing, while thoughtful touches like an iron and hair dryer add convenience. With one-bathroom, Full Kitchen and a cozy layout, this spot invites relaxation after a day of exploring. It’s easy to see why you’ll be able to unwind at our place. The huge Porch/Lanai overlooks the Pool and off to the Ocean. Ample Parking. Walking distance to Downtown Kona shops. Laundry Facilities, BBQ and Ping Pong next to Large Pool. Upon arrival Due to Hawaii Condo Registration Fee: A @ $75 + 3.12 tax check-in fee is required from all whom check-in. Hawaii State Transient Tax: @$3.36 per night. Weekly Towel Exchange and Maid service. Great time to catch, view and participate in the yearly Ironman races. Check-In's are from September 15th and Check-out must be by October 13th at 11am.
