Welcome to Boardwalk Beach Resort 203, a beautifully appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo located on the 2nd floor with easy access to the beach and resort amenities. This comfortable coastal retreat is ideal for couples, families, or friends looking to enjoy everything Panama City Beach has to offer.

The open-concept living area is bright and inviting, featuring comfortable seating and a sleeper sofa for additional guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals at home, along with a dining area perfect for gathering after a day at the beach.

The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom for added comfort and privacy. The guest bedroom offers a queen-size bed with convenient access to the second full bathroom. This unit comfortably sleeps up to six guests.

Step outside and enjoy the incredible amenities at Boardwalk Beach Resort or take the short walk to the sugar-white sands of the Gulf of Mexico.

Parking & Resort Registration:
Boardwalk requires all guests to pre-register prior to arrival. A registration link will be sent to you closer to your check-in date to complete this process. Parking passes are $50 per pass plus applicable taxes and include up to two (2) passes per reservation. In addition, resort-issued armbands are required for all guests and are $6 plus applicable taxes per person.

We love the view! Condo was clean. Only complaint is the queen bed in the front bedroom was terrible, felt like plastic and made a lot of noise.

Great stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at the condo was wonderful. It was a great location close to a lot of food, drinks and activities. Being on the second floor gave us a great view and easy access. I would recommend guests bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, etc. we had one roll of each for 6 days. Overall a great stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have come to this resort for several family vacations. The family out grew the until we always get so added this unit also this year. I was very pleased with what accommodation unit supplied. Kitchen cooking and serving dishware was better than in the bigger unit. The unit was larger than had expected and the view is unobstructed it is spectacular. Much impressed with unit and our stay.
