. Fully renovated 2BR/2BA condo on Amelia Island, just a short walk to the Atlantic Ocean, restaurants, and shops. Enjoy a modern brand new fully stocked kitchen, plush furnishings, high speed FiberIQ, smart TVs for your streaming needs, an electric fireplace, and family games including a two-player custom arcade system with 1500+ games. Relax on the screened porch surrounded by trees. Community perks include a pool, tennis courts, and a beach path. Perfect for a family vacation or a cozy getaway.

The space
Each bedroom has a Queen size bed, Dresser, closet and TV. Master bedroom has ensuite bathroom and access to the LARGE screened in patio! Fully stocked kitchen and coffee bar! Custom 2 person arcade has 2000 games offering all the classics and new hits! All TVs are smart TVs and high speed internet is available for all streaming needs! Complex has large pool (not heated) , tennis courts, and walkway to the beach! NOTE: this unit is on the THIRD floor and there is NO elevator.

Check the weather report of the area before hand so that you can get the full experience of the area but in the event you can’t go out due to the weather the room is excellent for staying in

We had a great 10-day stay at Nicole's condo in Amelia Landing. Check-in, check-out and stay instructions on the property were very well communicated. The property was clean, well maintained and had several recent upgrades. The screened porch was a great plus and we were comfortable with all features of the property. The complex pool was very nice, clean and well-maintained. We plan to book again in 2027.

The condo is fully renovated, has a large screened in porch and a custom built arcade with 2000 games, old and new. From phone chargers to complimentary cereal and milk we try to think of every detail to make your trip enjoyable and comfortable!
