The Space:

** Pool Enhancement Update**

We’re excited to share that the Gulf Place Cabana Pool and Spa will be getting a fresh new look starting November 10, 2025! The resurfacing project will take approximately 3–4 weeks, and the pool deck will be temporarily closed during this time.

While upgrades are underway, guests are invited to relax and unwind at the Park Pool, which will be heated starting 11/1—perfect for enjoying a warm swim and soaking up the sunshine!

Thank you for your understanding as we make these improvements to ensure an even better vacation experience for your future stays at Gulf Place!



This adorable third-floor cabana at Gulf Place has a private balcony, a full kitchen, and views of the gorgeous courtyard and community pool. You'll be close to all of the best events like 30A Songwriters Festival, 30A Half Marathon, Seeing Red Wine Festival, and more. When you're not out soaking up the sun, windsurfing the coast, or rocking out to all the great live music, stretch out on the spacious living area couch to binge-watch your favorite shows on the large flatscreen cable TV then relax in the shared jetted tub with someone you love.



What’s nearby:

Take a trip out to Seaside, just six and a half miles east, and see where they filmed The Truman Show then head into Bud & Alley’s Waterfront Restaurant for great food and a beautiful sunset. By the way, if you guess the exact time of the sunset, you'll win a free drink! Before you leave Seaside, you should definitely check out some live music at the Seaside Amphitheater. If you want to get in some great fishing, book a charter through Dead Fish Charters, just five miles away, to catch some Red Snapper, Cobia, and King Mackerel.

Great place to stay! Walking distance to so many places to eat and shop. Condo was nice, only complaint is noise level above, you can hear every move someone makes above you. Other than that, it was great!

Great spot!

We parked the day we arrived and never got back in until it was time to leave. Location is convenient to food and drinks and is a short walk to the beach! We will be back.

Perfect for Family of 5

This could not have been more perfect! Walking distance to everywhere, perfect amount of space, loved the washers & dryers on our floor! The private beach access was awesome and so was the pool. We loved having shops, restaurants, coffee shop, ice cream and more literally feet away. Our condo was clean and had everything we needed and more! Plenty of room for 3 kids and myself & my husband. We will absolutely be booking again next summer. THANK YOU for an amazing trip!

Place was convenient and we loved the short walk to the beach! But condo was not clean!

Food stains on kitchen counter, the fridge shelf was broken. Mold/mildew on beach bag hanging on wall. Lose shelves in kitchen I thought were going to fall!

This is the first time we’ve ever been disappointed in a rental. Tiny bugs on bath floor, lock kept dying so would wait a few then try again, (forgot to report either bc we were so busy, but if we had, the staff would’ve been right on top of it), the kitchen cabinets had huge portions of paint peeled off (not intentionally;-), the patio furniture was minimal (2 seats) and had stains/cigarette hole, and there was hardly any furniture to accommodate guests. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Not clean

Upon arrival the floors were nasty , definitely wasn’t cleaned. We swept up a whole dustpan full of sand , my child found two boogers on her sheets when she unfolded the bed. The white couch was absolutely disgusting !!!! Pee stains on it and smelled liked pee ! There was also a review left in the guest book that said the same thing about the couch and they visited two - three weeks ago and it still wasn’t replaced. The location and condo unit as a whole was very nice but definitely was very very dissatisfied with the room.
