Stylish beachfront condo in West Tower with water views, pool, hot tub & WD

Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us, Elizabeth. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the great location and friendly atmosphere of Panama City Beach. However, we truly regret that your experience didn’t meet the high standards we strive for. We appreciate your feedback about the kitchen floor tiles and the comfort of the couch and mattress. It’s important to us that our guests feel safe and comfortable, and we’re sorry that these aspects fell short during your stay. We’re actively working on updates and improvements to ensure a better experience for future guests. We also understand how disappointing it can be to have issues with the balcony furniture and the proximity to the trash chute. Your comfort and enjoyment are our top priorities, and we will address these concerns with our team to make necessary changes. Thank you again for your insights. We hope you’ll consider giving us another chance in the future, as we’re committed to providing a more enjoyable stay.
