The Space:

This beautiful condo is directly gulf front with an updated bath and fully equipped kitchen, plus wood-style tile throughout. A stackable washer and dryer in the bathroom means doing laundry is convenient. Enjoy stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico from the balcony. A table out here means meals can be enjoyed while listening to the crashing of the waves. Fish out of Eastern Lake, right beside the property. Head east into Alys or Rosemary Beach to enjoy many restaurant options, such as Caliza, La Cocina, and Pescado Seafood Grill & Rooftop Bar. Rent paddle boards or kayaks and enjoy the open water of the Gulf.

Love the beach in this area; few people around. The complex is quiet and convenient to shopping and restaurants. The staff was very helpful when contacted.

Perfect condo and great gulf front views

My husband and I visited this condo last week and loved it. It had recently been updated and was gorgeous. It was well equipped and had everything we would want. And it was just a few steps from the beach. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful view!

This trip was so special, we got engaged in this unit! ❤️💍 I’ll remember it forever. The unit itself has amazing views, we really enjoyed sitting on the balcony having a drink and looking out at the beautiful gulf. We appreciated the the early check in and the offer to have a late check out. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for the beautiful stay!

Will be Back!

This is the second year in a row my husband and I have stayed in CR 305 and we love it! The condo is nicely furnished, the bed is a super comfortable foam mattress, the kitchen is well-stocked, and the balcony has a really nice pub style table for a great view of the beach and beyond. The location of this property is close to everything for shopping and dining if you want to venture out. Looking forward to coming back next year!

Wonderful stay

Our family had an awesome visit in the area. The condo was well stocked and on a quiet street. The WiFi connection was spotty and would work sporadically. We enjoyed the view and beach from the condo. My kids loved going back and forth from the lake to the ocean. I was impressed with the communication during our stay to check on us and to address concerns. The complex elevators were out of order on three different occasions. This caused physical strain for a member of our family. There wasn't back up accessibility if the elevator wasn't working. The only option was taking the stairs. This was an inconvenience. The biggest disappointment was the third party beach chair rentals taking up front row beach views and access, they start to set up around 6:30am. Overall, we enjoyed our visit and would definitely visit again.

Beach Blast

Our family had the best time! Watching whales from the balcony while drinking coffee was a perfect way to start the day! Right on the beach and so close to the lake, the location is hard to beat. We vacationed the week after the 4th of July and parking wasn't really an issue. The condo was very nice and the staff was friendly and very quick to address our concerns (sliding glass door to balcony and a slowly draining tub). Over all we were very happy with our stay and are looking forward to our next stay at 305 Commodore's Retreat!

The mattress was very hard and to firm and so we’re the pillows! And the living room TV went out Wednesday night and they weren’t able to fix it before we left Friday morning! But everything else was fine!

One of Our Most Enjoyable Trips

To be honest, we were a bit nervous when we arrived and noticed the building was older and had buggies that were not in the best shape outside to move your luggage. Fortunately, we had our own wagon and easily transported our belongings to an ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL CONDO!!! The view is SPECTACULAR. We enjoyed almost every meal on the balcony like our own private restaurant. All appliances, furniture, and decor is truly top notch too. It was very clean and perfect for our little family of 4. I washed all of our laundry there too, which was definitely another plus. We had one of our most memorable trips in Commodore’s Retreat #305!! We’re only disappointed it had to end.

Vacation 2024

Had a blast, very clean, good location, relaxing , had everything we needed , adding a keurig would be nice, only problem we had was, beach chair rental companies take all the beach front area. There was just a few people that rented them each day and the umbrellas kept blowing away, they would run carrying 6 chairs at once trying to get all the spots taken, that was very annoying. Everyone we talked to at the beach was complaining about it. We thought that as very rude.

Wish property mgt would check for broken items.

The overall stay was fine. However, many of the under cabinet halogen lights in the kitchen were not working along with the ice maker. This is the second year we have not had ice. Last year the frig did not even have an ice maker. Total bummer. The toilet needed cleaning and the tile in shower showed mildew. Hope mgt addresses these issues.

Great location

The location was great with direct beach access and everything we wanted within a long walk, short bike ride, or quick drive. The condo was not very clean. Crumbs left on living room end table, underwear behind dresser from previous guest, bugs in the kitchen, kitchen ware generally dirty (we washed everything before using it), and one afternoon there was poop in the community pool! The condo pictures were better than the actual condo. We had some issues with the place. Handle on sliding glass door was loose, we tripped a breaker so the dishwasher and a section of outlets didn’t work for a day, bathroom vent was broken and hanging from the ceiling, and curtain rod didn’t fit right and was pulling from drywall. One day we tried to close curtains and whole thing came down on us. We reported our issues directly to Vacasa, who responded more than 24 hours later telling us that corporate would pass our issues along to our local provider who we never heard from. They surely got our request because the dishwasher eventually worked which meant they flipped the breaker, but local Vacasa office never responded. Still condo was generally good & met our needs for our week vacay. Our 10 year old daughter loved the hallway bunks. She slept in one and the other was her getaway. One big thing for future guests… There were very basic extras for guests. Very few games, no beach toys of any kind, and all leftover food items like seasonings and coffee filters had been removed.

Lovely Updated Condo!

We had an amazing stay in Seagrove beach. This location was perfect, central to everything and right on the beach. The unit had everything that we needed and more. I especially loved decor and the puzzle was an added pleasant bonus. We'll be back for sure!
