We enjoyed our stay at Emerald Surf, as it was less crowded, being a smaller complex. The view was outstanding, with sunrise and sunset viewing, beach and beautiful turquoise water. The unit has basic supplies and basic kitchen tools, limited tableware, but it was fine as we didn’t cook a lot. The bathrooms are fully stocked, plenty of towels, hair care, and hair dryer. Overall it was perfect for a very quite and peaceful vaca, will definitely come back to Emerald Surf.

The property is clean with a great view on the beach. This unit has very hard mattresses. We slept on the sofa bed. The kitchen could use a convection oven and, or air fryer. When using the oven it heats up the unit. The air conditioner runs constantly. The air filter was clogged and the wrong size. Water pressure is low. Overall pleasant and comfortable stay.

We’re so glad to hear you enjoyed the clean space and the fantastic beach view during your stay, Christine. It sounds like you made the most of your time here, even with the challenges you faced. We appreciate your feedback about the mattresses and the kitchen amenities. We understand how important comfort is, especially when it comes to a good night's sleep. Your notes about the air conditioning and water pressure are also valuable, and we’ll be sure to look into those details to enhance future stays. Thank you for sharing your experience with us. Overall all was good; no issues; it’s an older place that has weathered a lot and still in really good shape, but with all places that have been around awhile, some improvements could be done, such as replacing shower rods (rust from use on them); outdoor patio table/chairs needs updated/cleaned (I personally wouldn’t have them still there, I didn’t use them at all other than let swimsuits air dry; the separate chairs were fine, it’s mostly the table). The walk to the beach was wonderful!! Quick & easy. A separate company does rent chairs & umbrellas per day, which is really nice so you don’t necessarily have to bring your own.The pool was very simple, not good or bad about it. Was nice to chill there after the sand & waves before going back to the room. The kitchen, dining area, living room, bedrooms and baths were all just fine; we slept well and relaxed in the rooms. Enjoyed watching the storm over the gulf standing out on the balcony.

We appreciate your thoughtful feedback, Jonathan. It’s great to hear that you enjoyed the quick and easy walk to the beach and had a chance to relax on the balcony while watching the storm over the Gulf. Those moments can be truly special. We understand your points about the shower rods and the outdoor patio furniture. While the charm of our older property adds character, we’re always looking for ways to enhance our guests' experience. Your insights will certainly help us prioritize improvements. We’re glad you found the kitchen and living areas comfortable for your stay. It sounds like you made the most of your time here, and we hope to welcome you back for another relaxing getaway in Navarre Beach.

Overall we had a great stay! Views are fantastic and the place was great for a family with small kids. The beds (in both rooms) were a little firm. Very few plates/bowls/no cups for kids - I’d recommend bringing your own to wash or disposable. Plenty of towels. There were a few beach items (two chairs - were rusty, child’s net and small boogie board) in the closet but I’d recommend bringing your own chairs and toys.
