Step out onto your private balcony each morning, whip up your favorite breakfasts on stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, and enjoy wonderful proximity to restaurants, bike paths, and the countless beauties of Scenic Highway 30A. This beachfront property is centrally located in Seagrove Beach, with the shores of Eastern Lake just down the road. If you head a few blocks up to 30A, you'll have your choice of wonderful dining options, including the Old Florida Fish House, Perfect Pig, and Cafe Thirty-A within a mile. The bustling heart of Seaside is three miles west, and darling Alys Beach is only five miles east.

Wonderful stay!

Great beachfront stay!

We loved the location! The condo had all the basics and very clean! The pool wasn’t available which was a downside. We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was wonderful. Beautiful place and spot. We sure wish the chairs and umbrella had been provided. We were the only place that they were not complimentary.

Great location

Awesome location. The patio was great to overlook the ocean. This unit could use some basic amenities that many other VRBO units provide such as first aid kit, salt and pepper, baking spray, coffee etc. This unit does not include beach chair set ups but it is a close walk to the beach and easy to set up your spot. Overall I would recommend this unit for short 3-5 day stay.

Peaceful and Relaxing

We loved the quiet laid back neighborhood. It was a short walk to dining and shopping. Great location. It was a quick drive to Seaside or down to Rosemary Beach. I would recommend this place.

Great ocean view

This was a really good property. The location was great. Loved having the ocean view with a great verandah to sit out on and see the ocean with plenty of outdoor furniture. Condo was as stated in the listing. The top bunk was a little tight to use but otherwise great place. Parking was tough for a large SUV especially with the concrete pillars.

Too small

The condo was clean but too small for more than a couple. The parking was terrible and the small street was always congested. The view of the beach and the fireworks was awesome!! No extras in the condo including pillows and blankets so come prepared!!

Great location and beautiful view. Condo was clean and nicely decorated. Wonderful restaurants near by. Elevator was being worked on and exterior of the building could use updating.

Great Beach Condo

This beautiful condo was extremely clean and comfortable. There was a great view of the beach from the balcony, and there was easy and quick access to the beach. All appliances worked well. We could not have asked for a better place to stay for a beach vacation.

Great place. Very comfortable. Perfect for adult getaway or with kids. Close to everything. Perfect distance from the beach... not too far especially if you rent a golf cart.

Condo and location can’t be beat. When we arrived there were cheese racket crumbs on the floor and spaghetti sauce spatters on the cooktop.

Seagrove Visit

Overall the property unit was everything we expected, owners did a great job decorating. The one negative was the actual outside condition of the whole property. The walkway to beach was dirty and old carpet a hazard to walk on. The pool was not that appealing or clean.

Outdated but decent for the price

The building is very outdated. I did not receive a parking pass in any email communication and had to Google property management company address and drive there to pick up. The parking garage is too narrow for mid-sized SUVs to fit except on outside slots. The walls are very thin. The shower was not all the way cleaned; there was still soap residue left from previous occupants. There was a dirty towel left on the chair as well. The bathroom towels were very small and thin; need updating. The handles on the shower door are also very loose; they need to be fixed. The condo was cute and had been updated! The decor was very beachy and current. Overall, our stay was nice. Did notice the beach chairs on the deck looked like they were from 1970! Decent beach chairs and towels in case someone forgot would be a nice addition.

Great Vacay Condo

Condo was a perfect size for our family . Master bedroom was very spacious as was the bathroom. Living room was comfortable and although they don’t have a dinning room there’s plenty of bar space split up where we could all sit and enjoy a meal. The condo doesn’t provide a spice rack but has all of the utensils you might need to cook something up. There is a coffee maker! The guest bedroom with queen bed was spacious and the small room with twin beds was a great size for our 10&11 yr olds to share. The porch was very cozy perfect way to start your day with a cup of coffee or end your night with a glass of wine while being seranated by a choir of frogs/toads whatever they were it was lovely. Cleanliness of the common areas needed some attention but the rest of the condo was fine. The pool was a great amenity after the beach or for a quiet evening. Beach was a short walk or there was an option of public access beach with parking not too far. You should and can bring your own beach gear as it is not provided. The only thing we disliked was the drive into “town” for quick bite to eat or for a bigger store The traffic on the main highway was a bit much. Check in was a bit strange as both emails sent had no instructions but after calling they directed us to the leasing office. Check out - again no instructions other than a text saying to click when ready to leave , once the link was clicked it simply said you were check out- easy enough I guess. We really enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again .

Not a king size bed.

We got a call or email the day we were arriving (literally hours before arrival) that the elevator would be out for the duration of our stay. (We were in this condo for 2 weeks then a few doors down for 5 more weeks so we had a lot of things to carry up). I just got over throat cancer and radiation and my husband has back problems. So it was a major ordeal carrying so many things up by hand. There was no one available to help even though I asked if it was possible and would have been willing to even pay - even though one reason we rented this condo was the elevator! After we finally got our stuff mostly in but left some food things in the car to get as needed….we we’re walking down the steps for what felt like the 100th time only to see 2 people step out of the elevator! I asked them if it had been working all day! Yep! They’d been there for 2 weeks and worked everyday! It was another 2-3 weeks before they actually started work on the elevator! Just in time for it to be truly out of service when it was time for us to leave and have to lug it all down the steps! We’re NOT picky about much if anything and can put up with certain things but there was no excuse for this level of poor inaccurate communication. Not sure where the issue was but when I called to double check with them hours before arrival they just seemed to blame somebody else and then somebody else and then somebody else ad infinitum.

Mother/daughter fall get away

The beach theme in this condo is perfect in that it’s not gaudy but very tastefully done. The views from the living room and balcony are outstanding! There were plenty of towels for two people, one extra blanket, lots of dishes, and all the cookware we needed. Several puzzles (1,000 plus pieces) are there. Overall, it’s a great condo and a place we would definitely stay at again.

Wonderful place to stay

We enjoyed this rental very much. I will say two teenagers can not sleep in the bunk beds, the top to crowded. We had a leak in the bathroom and rental company was great to get it taken care of quickly. Perfect location and easy access to beach, food and shopping.
