The Space:
All ADA service animals must be pre-approved by the Sterling Reef Homeowners Association.
With a beachfront locale, seasonal beach service of two beach chairs and one umbrella from March to October, and modern on-site amenities, this Sterling Reef condo is the ideal spot to make vacation memories. Walk mere steps to dig your toes in white sands and splash in emerald waters. Spend leisurely afternoons lounging beside the complex's luxe pool that overlooks the Gulf. In the afternoon, sizzle recipes on the shared gas grills and enjoy a cookout with your crew. You're within easy walking distance of the pier, plus dining and shopping options, while nearby attractions like Ripley's Believe It Or Not! and Zooworld Zoological Park are a short drive away.
Beautiful Gulf views await from the balcony of your 18th-floor condo. Take in the coastal breeze while you stretch out with a favorite read or sip beverages at the table. Adorned with beach-inspired decor, the living area boasts cozy seating and a TV. Channel your inner chef in the kitchen, then share meals between the kitchen bar and the dining table.

THINGS TO KNOW
After making your reservation, you will receive an email a few days before your arrival date from GuestSVCS to register your vehicle. There is a maximum limit of two vehicles per reservation and the charge is $50.00 per vehicle registration.
While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first day, we do not replenish them. Please make sure to bring these additional items to get you through your vacation.
No smoking or vaping is permitted at the property (including on porches, decks, or other outdoor areas) at any time. Fines of $250.00 will be issued if this rule is not respected.
No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
This rental is located on floor 18 above the parking garage.
The pool is heated from December 1 until March 1
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee of $50.00 per vehicle with a maximum of two vehicles
