During the construction period, you can expect construction activities will generate significant noise levels throughout the property with limited to no access to units based on work in progress.

View the Gulf from the kitchen, dining room, living room and bedroom in this three bedroom in Seagrove Beach. Floor to ceiling glass windows and doors look onto your private Gulf front furnished balcony on the third floor. This comfortable, contemporary style unit will offer you a home away from home while on your vacation. Challenge your loved ones to some friendly competition on the two pickleball courts. After a long day at the beach or riding bikes on 30A, relax in a Whirlpool tub in the main bath.



Nestled between Eastern Lake and Deer Lake, rent a kayak and experience the rare phenomenon of Coastal Dune Lakes. The Surfing Deer, just three miles west, is popular for dinner, or head into Seaside, another mile west and catch the sunset from Bud & Alley’s Waterfront Restaurant. Catch live music at the Seaside Amphitheater, or The Hub, 2.3 miles east. Watercolor and Grayton Beach offer brew pubs and wine bars for a casual nightcap.

Great getaway

We came down for a long weekend and had a blast! The accommodations were perfect for us, and it was nice that the location was close to everything. Loved that bikes came with it and the beach was so close! Definitely would stay again and highly recommend.

Great few days at the beach

Enjoyed our stay, very spacious condo. Beach umbrellas didn’t get started until 8, which was later than we are used to, and the public beach adjacent to the property really spilled into the private. We will chalk that up to 4th of July weekend and unusual.

Great experience!!

We had a wonderful experience!! The place is bigger than we expected! It was very clean! Beautiful partial view of the ocean! Great beach chairs and umbrella service! And great beach access!! We felt very safe! They sent a text message and called to make sure we were doing well and the check in process went well!! The only thing that we could complain about is that there were no trash bags for the trash can and that the bunk bed was very noisy and wobbly. Definitely would recommend this place!

Awesome beach

Nice complex on an amazing beach with easy beach access and a nice pool. 4 beach chairs and 2 bikes are included. Listing stated kayaks included but these are not. Spacious bedrooms and living area but very small kitchen. No smart TVs. Dust was abundant on some baseboards. Overall nice and comfortable place with an amazing location

Family Vacation

The unit we stayed in good use some up grades. One of the bathrooms lighting was dim. The living room sliding glass door was extremely hard to slide open and close. The dishwasher had a bad smell. TV’s in the bedrooms were extremely small. I would stay at this location again, but in a different unit.

Not accurately described

- fabulous location, but… - the “queen” bed is actually a small double bed - the hot water runs out after 2 showers - the W/D in the unit would not stay connected and my husband had to move it to make it work - the pools were not heated - the hot tub had almost no water - no immediate bike access on site - needs an accurate description for 4 adults, we would not have selected this unit given the bed situation, etc.
