The Space:

This amazing Seaside Beach & Racquet Club condo is your ticket to beachfront bliss. With features like an open floor plan, a cozy living area, a dining area, and a full kitchen, you'll be able to experience complete home comfort and convenience. The private balcony offers a breezy perch for enjoying coffee or cocktails. Awesome on-site amenities include two outdoor pools, an indoor pool, tennis courts, a steam room, a gym, and an outdoor shower. Barbecue areas with shared charcoal grills are ideal for cookouts. A community boardwalk leads you straight to the sparkling coastline. Additional perks include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, a washer/dryer, and cable.



Things to Know

Seaside Beach & Racquet is comprised of five buildings situated on the ocean side of Orange Beach. The first digit of the room number identifies the building number. Buildings 1 and 2 are closest to the tennis courts and do not offer a view of the ocean. Building 3 offers a panoramic view of the ocean, while 4 and 5 offer partial or angled views of the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

Great beach condo!

Great location and property was just as described. Condo was very clean and kitchen was fully stocked. The condo had a balcony with an amazing beach view. Check in was very easy and this condo was perfect for the two of us! Would definitely stay again!

Great condo. Great location

The condo was exactly as advertised. The location at Seaside Resort & Racquet is perfect as it is within walking distance to many things or a short drive to many others. Parking was plentiful and convenient. The communication was excellent which made check in simple. We had no additional needs during our stay. Absolutely would rent this condo again in the future.

Location and view were wonderful. Our trip had rain every day, with a lot of time water restrictions were in place for the ocean. I waited to write this as to not displace frustration as this is obviously no fault of the lessor. Below are our comments for other parts if our experience. We had three adults and one child on our reservation. We only found one extra pillowcase, and no extra blankets. The toilet made an obnoxious noise when flushed. It lingered. There were only two balcony chairs, and no extras present, so we all could not be on the balcony together. Given the amount of rain, the condo was very damp. So much so that our clean clothes felt damp. It could use a de-humidifier.Lastly, it was a project getting the code to work every time we came in. A ten digit code was surprising, but having to enter it multiple times due to the lock malfunctioning was ridiculous.
