This is a duplex *** beautiful clean home with fantastic views, but based on the listing, we had no idea that this was a duplex. We have small children so we were purposefully trying to avoid sharing walls. The neighbors during our first night were very noisy but other than that, we had no issues with neighbors. The house provides several amenities that we enjoyed like the hot tub and multicade. They kept little kids in mind by having toys in the closet and kids’ dishware which we appreciated. They had plenty of kitchen items to cook with including a crockpot and enough dish soap and detergent for a few loads of dishes. The location is awesome if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle but still have enough to do nearby. The Abbey, peaceful side brewing, and Townsend mercantile were all great stops in Townsend. Also recommend swimming at Townsend Wye. We saw a bear our first morning! The house is beautifully decorated, beds are comfortable, and everything was very clean. There was a bit of mold in the shower that I addressed with the owner who promised to take care of it ASAP. We have one child who is sensitive to mold so I felt it important to mention. Owner is quick to respond which I appreciate. Views were a priority and we definitely got them at this home. We had a great vacation here!

This house is perfectly located if you want to be close enough to the activity yet away from traffic and noise. Super cute brewery with live music down the road about a mile, next to the General Store, where you’ll find all sorts of goodies. Chelsea was very responsive, accommodating, and the little details left for us in the house made the stay very comfortable. The downstairs game room and bedrooms for the kids are perfect to create noise separation so everyone can have a good time in their own space.

Jami, the game room setup doing real work for noise separation while the adults unwind is exactly the kind of layout that makes group trips actually enjoyable. It sounds like the little personal touches around the house and Chelsea's attentiveness helped everything click into place. Anyone looking for a stay that genuinely works for mixed-age groups will find this one delivers.

This was a last minute stop on our way home and what a nice surprise that we find it because now we will be staying at one of their properties or this same one for 9 days due to how amazing this one was
