Welcome to Smoky Pines, a two-bedroom, two-bath condo at Summit Manor in downtown Gatlinburg. Handcrafted barnwood accents, a stone gas fireplace and two private balconies create a welcoming retreat for up to six guests, with downtown dining, shopping and attractions close by.

GATHER AND UNWIND
The open living, dining and kitchen areas make it easy to spend time together. Barnwood details and pinecone decor bring a mountain feel indoors. Settle beside the gas fireplace, enjoy a favorite show, or step outside for fresh air and mountain scenery.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
The primary bedroom has a king-sized barnwood bed and private balcony access. Its bathroom features double granite vanities and an oversized tiled walk-in shower, with a jetted tub and bath salts available for a relaxing soak.

The guest bedroom has two queen beds. The second bathroom's split layout includes a pocket door separating the bathing area for added privacy.

COOK AND DINE
The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops and a breakfast bar. Share meals or a game night at the dining table, which seats six.

EXPLORE DOWNTOWN
Summit Manor provides a convenient base near the Parkway. Walk to downtown shops, restaurants and attractions, or use the Gatlinburg trolley to explore farther. The Ober Mountain tram, Anakeesta and Ripley's Aquarium are among the area's attractions, while Great Smoky Mountains National Park offers hiking and scenic drives.

ARRIVAL AND HOSTING
Keyless self-check-in is available from 4 PM; checkout is at 10 AM. Cathy & Glen respect your privacy and are available by phone or text if you need assistance. The building has elevator access and a hard-wired fire alarm system.

POOL AND HOT TUB
The community heated saltwater pool and hot tub are seasonal amenities. Availability is subject to the community's operating schedule.

HOUSE RULES AND BOOKING DETAILS
• Maximum six guests.
• No smoking, pets, parties or events.
• Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM.
• Minimum stay: two nights.
• Cancellation policy varies by dates; review the terms shown for your stay.
• Damage insurance is required to cover accidental damages.

The condo was exactly as pictured and described. It was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Communication with the hosts through Vrbo was excellent- they sent information regarding check-in and checkout. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly recommend this property to others.

Had a great 5 night vacation. Saw 13 bears and 1 in the parking lot.Condo is clean, comfy, and well decorated. Our only problem, the garbage truck comes by around 4:30 to pick up and wakes you up. So loud. (Not the owners fault of course) overall we had a great time and plan to stay here in the future.

Amazing location! We walked everywhere in Gatlinburg, even to a few trails! The condo was spacious, clean, and communication was never a problem. Balcony has a wonderful view and we even saw a bear waking behind the complex!!
