With no stairs to navigate and a location just steps from the marina, this nearly 1,900-square-foot luxury condo offers the perfect blend of sophisticated design and resort-style living.
Harbour Hideaway offers a unique "walk-to-everything" experience within the gated St. James Plantation. As our guest, you enjoy exclusive "Traveler Access" to world-class facilities:
- St. James Marina & Harbor: Just a 3-minute stroll to the marina, featuring 475 wet/dry slips, the Beacon 315 restaurant and tiki bar, and a local market/deli.
- Private Beach Club: A scenic drive brings you to the private St. James Beach Club on Oak Island, featuring an oceanfront pool, private beach strand, and convenient restrooms. (Note: Guests utilize the paid public parking on 72nd Street).

In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.
Golf Carts are prohibited at this property.
Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4:00 pm and are guaranteed by 6:00 pm
Check Out is by 10:00 am
We adhere to this policy, so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.
Electronic Lock Entry
House Rules:
No events such as weddings, bachelor's/bachelorette parties, sororities/fraternities.
No Smoking.
Pool Notice:
Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; however, pool closures may be dictated by the HOA or the Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable. No refunds will be issued for these closures.
Pet Policy:
No pets allowed.
Cancellation Policy:
We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.
Guest Access:
Our properties are individually owned, and our guests will have use of the entire property! Please refer to the listing for details.
The Neighborhood:
Located directly on the border of North Carolina and South Carolina’s coasts, Calabash is known as the “Seafood Capital of the World”. This small fishing town originated "Calabash-Style" seafood, a distinctive style of fried seafood of clams, fish, shrimp, and oysters dipped in a light, flavorful batter and fried quickly. The Calabash River borders the southern part of town, where shrimp boats dock daily during the season, selling fresh-caught treasures. The family-friendly community is proud of its culinary connection, featured at local seafood restaurants along Beach Drive and River Road. Be sure to try one of the original riverside eateries like Captain Nance's Seafood for crisp, authentic Calabash seafood and views of fishing boats. Although seafood and fishing certainly bring this community together, Calabash offers so much more for visitors, with nearby Sunset Beach, Ocean Isle Beach, Cherry Grove Beach, Swamp Park, Ingraham Aquarium, local fishing charters, and boating tours on the Calabash River.
