What a comfortable stay! We came in to visit family in St James and truly appreciated being within the neighborhoods with them. The condo was clean, beautiful, and so comfortable. Check in was communicated via text and email in advance so that we knew to go the main gate and were given our car pass. Then the portal accessed via the welcome book told me the absolutely minimal check out steps to get back out the door. Would absolutely return!

We loved the condo. It was decorated nicely. It was clean and had all that we needed. I loved relaxing on the deck in the mornings and evenings.

Anazing rental

Super quiet neighborhood and very clean. Well appointed and had everything you needed. Plenty of parking. Didn't get to spend too much time on the porch but it was a nice, private and cozy area. Really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

Had a wonderful stay, extremely clean and had all essentials (comparable to hotel provided items). The location was close to both Southport and Oak Island, offering variois activities to do in the area. Will definitely return in the future!

The check in process was awful. Did not receive any instructions on arrival procedures.

While it was a nice condo, we got off to such a poor start trying to facilitate the check in.

Great Value - Great Amenities - Great Location!

wonderful 3rd floor condo (stairs only) that was spotless and had many nice touches like free treats, very private patio (Screened backed up to woods); close proximity to many pools and about 15 mins from the beach. Me and my 3 girlfriends enjoyed the place very much...had fully stocked kitchen and host was readily available to answer questions. nicer than shown on pictures - and tons of towels, pantry items and stuff to feel home away from home while still maintaining the vacation vibe. The St James plantation was packed with amenities - wish we had more time to enjoy. Most notably, there is an app with all the amenities that is worth studying before arrival to plan your time there. Will be back.

Loved the stay! Immaculate! Felt very homey! Loved that there was a lot of essentials left to use and high was a nice touch! My only complaint was the contact for the facility! It was a man with st. James. I first called about the locations of pools and he belittled me and laughed as if I should have been familiar with the location. Again, I first texted then called regarding a fire alarm that kept going off for low battery. I asked if I could unplug the unit ( I wasn’t sure if it would set the fire alarms off for the whole building) again he belittled me, laughed at me and talked to me as if I was a child and should have known. Finally, I called because I had a child accidentally lock both bathroom doors. Again he spoke down to me when I asked him where the keys were. He proceeds to tell me that there are no keys for bathroom doors. It’s called a pin obviously. He corrected me three times when I called it a key and not a pin. He was unaware that there were two different pins (one that worked and one which did not fit/unlock the door) I would have given this 5 stars except for my experience with the man at the main desk (the number was the contact info upon booking)

Wonderful long weekend

My family really enjoyed our stay at this condo. From the reservation process to checking out everything went so smooth. The condo was clean and absolutely adorable. So many small, thoughtful touches— a few washing pods, a first aid kit, keyless entry— made our vacation even more relaxing. We would definitely recommend this rental!!! The only thing I didn’t realize — this condo is on the third floor and while the ad did mention steps it didn’t mention how many… we didn’t have a problem because our kids are teenagers but I would have been nervous carrying children up and down that many stairs, not a negative just an observation I didn’t know until I got there.

quaint neighborhood

The property and neighborhood are beautiful. About a 15-20 min drive to beach/restaurants down on Oak Island or Southport. Could use a few more cooking utensils such as mixing bowls to help with preparation but otherwise felt like a hotel but much more spacious. The plantation is wonderful and has great ammenities to accommodate all ages.
