Wake to the sound of waves and start your day watching whales glide past from the comfort of your balcony. Step outside and feel the sand beneath your feet in seconds—perfect for a sunrise swim, a surf session, or a relaxed stroll along the shore.
Treat yourself to your dream vacation in this comfortable, yet elegant sub-penthouse apartment located in Rincon’s Sandy Beach with top of the line furnishing and beautiful artwork throughout.
Fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with beautiful corianders countertops amd beautifully furnished living area, from where you can admire the beautiful view of the ocean waves breaking at your feet. The master suite has a king Basset orthopedic pillow top bed and a day bed. A desk, equipped with office supplies and WiFi. Each room has a flat screen HDTV with all channel Dish Network, and DVR. The second bedroom has two full Basset pillow top mattresses, custom built closets, and a full bathroom.
The apartment is fully air conditioned and includes an in-unit washer and dryer. Crisp clean linen and a generous supply of towels are included, as well as toiletries, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. The apartment has 2 assigned gated parking spaces. The building has a pool area on the ground floor with elevator access to all floors. The building is equipped with an electric generator and water tank. Housekeeping service can be arranged upon request, and you will receive the apartment immaculately clean.
The balcony is our favorite spot, with the waves breaking literally at your feet. During the winter months, surfers are in the water at dawn, enjoying the surf Rincon is famous for, and if you are lucky, you will be entertained by a humpback whale dancint for you. In the summer, the wild surf calms down to create intimate, secluded beaches where snorkeling takes the place of surfing. This is the time of the year when you will be rewarded with the most spectacular sunsets from the balcony!

From January to late March it’s ‘Whale Season’ here in Puerto Rico, yes that’s right, waters around the west coast and northwest coast are the areas where you may see the migrating Humpback Whale. It`s sooo exciting to see them jump up and down the waters. When surfers are in the water you will hear them all clap and cheer. A beautiful spectacle to see from the balcony!
*ONLY REGISTERED GUESTS ARE ALLOWED IN THE APARTMENT AND ONLY REGISTERED GUESTS CAN USE THE COMMON AREAS AND FACILITIES.
*NO SMOKING ALLOWED ANYWHERE IN THE APARTMENT. If we need to have a professional air cleaning service, it will cost $250.00 and will come out of your security deposit.
*Liability: Owner shall not be liable for injury or damage to Tenant or any person who uses or is in the premises, or be liable for damage to their property, or the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
*There is an outside shower by the pool area. Please rinse off sand before returning to the apartment. Water pipes in the bathrooms will clog with sand, so for your own comfort, please rinse off sand as you return from the beach. *.Garbage is to be discarded in garbage bins located by the power plant in the parking lot. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE GARBAGE IN THE APARTMENT.
*We have 2 parking spaces marked 303. Make sure you park in that designated space, otherwise the building management will issue a $100.00 fine which will be deducted from your security deposit. Owners or management are not responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles parked in designated parking spaces.
*When you leave the apartment, please turn off all lights.
7*Damage: The tenant shall be responsible for any loss or damage to the property and its fixtures during the term of this lease.
*You will receive a clean kitchen, please return it in the same condition.
*Do not hang towels, bathing suits or any clothing from balconies. It is prohibited by the condominium’s by-laws. There is an air-drying rack in the master bedroom, which you can open in the balcony to air dry any garments. Please read the condominium by-laws that are in the white binder.
*Surfboards or beach sports gear are not allowed in the apartment or in the hallways. There is a storage room in the basement marked #303, which opens with the house key provided, where you will also find beach chairs and umbrellas for your convenience. Please rinse off sand from all items before bringing them in the storage room. Please use this room to store all your beach sport gear.
* Owner or owner`s agent may enter the premises in order to protect, inspect, or make repairs.
*When using the clothes dryer, please remove lint from filter after EACH use. Accumulated lint in the filter is a fire hazard!
*If the front door is open, please lower the doorstopper BEFORE you open the balcony door, otherwise it will cause the door to slam shut very hard. If you wish to leave the doors open, you must turn off the a/c. to prevent it from freezing and leaking from condensation, and eventually stop working.
