The condo had an ocean view and was clean. However the floor and couch were in terrible condition. The couch had stains all over it and the floor was coming apart and was soft to step on in some areas. It also had a strong smell when we first arrived. At one time you could tell someone cared for the property as it had upgrades to the kitchen and bath area which were nice. The communication from the property was a bit confusing but was cleared up after I questioned certain copy and pasted information that was inaccurate. The company responded to my texts in a timely manner. They have a wagon on the balcony for the beach and a basket of kids toys available.

Condo needs a lot of work. The floor is coming up all over the condo. There are a trip hazards. The refrigerator is leaking water onto the floor. The light in the bedroom did not work. There was no air-conditioning in the bedroom. The only air conditioner was a HOTEL wall unit in the front living room and the back bedroom was very warm. There was hair in the bathtub. The furniture was comfortable, but overall, I would not recommend.

The condition of the flooring, refrigerator leak, lighting issue, and lack of adequate cooling in the bedroom are all serious items that should have been addressed prior to or during your stay. We also regret the cleanliness concern in the bathroom, as this is not the standard we expect.
