The entire unit is ONE compact room 6.5" x 11.5' with a bathroom and a private entrance

There is no kitchen or living room.

It's attached to my house.

The room has a velvet couch that converts into a full sized bed. The bed is extremely comfy with its 2" topper. It will be ready as a bed upon arrival & is easy to convert into a couch.

There is a desk, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, coffee, utensils, plates, bowls, washer/dryer & detergent.

Only a 10 minute drive from downtown, 8 minutes to North Park, and 18 minutes from Pacific Beach & Ocean Beach.

I live in the main house, but we aren't likely to run into each other.

The laundry machine is around back.

The neighborhood is low-income, but very friendly, & everyone is a homeowner on this street.

There is tons of easy, free parking right here on the street.
