The house was perfect for our two families of four to stay. We absolutely loved the easy access to the beach and the pool was nice and shallow, perfect for our young kids! We would highly recommend the property.

This is a very nice property highlighted by the the outdoor facilities. There is a nice gathering area and the pool and hot tub were top shelf. The beach was awesome as well. the interior of the house was very clean and our host, who lives upstairs, was veery kind and accommodating. If you are cooking at the house, which we did most nights, you will need to be aware to bring your own spices and storage items like baggies and aluminum foil etc. Same goes for trash bags. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

We had a wonderful time with family on our beach stay at La Buona Vita on Ocean Boulevard in Myrtle Beach. It was centrally located but in a less busy section of MB. The duplex is more of a downstairs apartment that wraps around the owners’ garage and living space. The owner, who lives there, is lovely and delightful and obviously enjoys hosting guests!! The apartment has one BR and bath upstairs and three BR and two baths downstairs. There is a nice porch with views of the pool and ocean. The pool and hot tub were quite enjoyable along with the easy access to the beach. The porch is not screened, but we had a fan that helped keep the bugs away. The porch has no railing so we used our plastic bins along with the planters there to help keep our little ones safe. La Buona Vita was one of the cleanest places we’ve ever rented, and the owner was very responsive to anything we needed. The tiny kitchen and DR/LR were just adequate for our group of 10. The extra refrigerator in the laundry room was a big help. We were so glad that the weather conditions allowed us to enjoy sitting out on the porch, since the LR/DR had no ocean view. Our four regular sized cars filled up the available parking. Groceries and restaurants were a short drive away. We did have to go to the nearby office to pick up actual keys instead of having a code to access the apartment. Both the owner and rental agent people were very nice and helpful.

Great stay!

House is right on beach and pool is beautiful. And the host is absolutely lovely. The house was decorated quite a while ago but is clean and comfortable. The location is near everything and so convenient. We will definitely stay again.

Great place and great time

Sitting at the property you have direct views and private access to the beach. The spa was a wonderful addition especially in April. Our family of 8 had plenty of room. We would definitely recommend this home!

Great property!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Pool and hot tub were so relaxing. Then there's a short walk to the beach - it was just about our own private beach! Would definitely stay again. Property owner was very friendly and helpful.

Awesome Location

This was a wonderful vacation with my family - my parents and 5 teens. Easy check in and out. Staff and owner are very friendly. The location is superb with easy access to the beach, shops and entertainment. The pool hot tub a wonderful area to relax.

Awesome Girls Trip!

Have to say this was one of my top vacations with some great sister! Property is located close to everything you could want to do. House is right on the beach with easy beach access! I can't even say enough good things about Ms. Rudene, she was responsive to all of our needs, and so thankful she shared her beautiful home with us!

Our stay was very nice and house was exactly as advertised. What could he better than being right on the beach! I might suggest that the management company suggest better linens and duvets. I would stay here again.

Nice home, lovely property, great location.

This property is in a great location, and the ocean-facing back yard is very, very nice. Our family of 11 had more than enough room, and I especially like the upstairs quarters away from the toddlers! We probably spent as much time in the pool as we did at the beach. It was perfect. The homes location is near many attractions, and the owner is available if anything is needed. I would definitely go back!

Fabulous Vacation Spot!

The location, the pool, and the living space was fabulous! The owner who lives upstairs is very kind and helpful! The house and the grounds around it are beautiful! There was spacious parking for our vehicles (2). To clarify, the beautiful balcony is off limits to guests but the back lower patio and pool area are spacious and very enjoyable. It's just a short walk across the dune to the beach. Would definitely stay here again! We didn't want to leave.

Amazing!! Perfect for families!

Owner is super friendly and sweet! Great location, about 50 steps to the ocean, private pool was amazing, our 2 year old loved it! We typically stay in North Myrtle and it wasn't a long drive at all to get to our usual eateries and entertainment spots. We even got to see the fireworks from the boardwalk from the patio! Loved everything about our trip and can't wait to return next year! Inside of home slightly outdated but very clean and decor doesn't matter to me when you have such an awesome location and amenities! But I know some people care if the inside is dated. Like I said very clean and neat.

Overall a very pleasant experience and delightful accommodations. House and furnishings are slightly dated but fully functional, and everything a family can possibly want or need is already on site. The floor plan is unusual but charming and lends itself to ample privacy for large groups (I went with my two sons, my mother, my girlfriend and her two sons - first “extended” family vacation and private spaces were a must). The pool and hot tub are excellent. Another perk is the immediacy to the ocean (small path over the dunes) but almost complete seclusion from beach-goers. The property is actually a duplex with the owner living on the second floor which was not known in advance, but that is absolutely not a deterrent whatsoever. She is a lovely person and encourages guests to make themselves at home, basically encouraged the noise created by the shenanigans of FOUR preteen boys. I don’t have any criticisms. It was great
