Beautiful beaches and dependable west-side sunsets are just part of the allure of Kapalua, and this two-bedroom, two-bathroom golf villa in building 16 puts guests close to both, on the first floor with 1,344 square feet of interior living space. A 500-square-foot lanai extends that living space outdoors, one of the larger private outdoor footprints in the Golf Villas complex.

Kapalua is a golf resort community on Maui's west side, and Kapalua Golf Villas sits within that community's grounds, with four pools, tennis courts, and BBQ grills available to guests, along with complimentary parking and a beach pass for Kapalua's beaches. The villas sit roughly a fifteen-minute walk from four different beaches and directly adjacent to the Kapalua Bay Golf Course, and the west-side setting is known for calmer daytime waters and dependable, colorful sunsets most evenings of the year. The golf-course frontage puts nearly every villa within view of the fairways, and the complimentary beach pass makes it easy to rotate between the pool and the sand during a single stay.

The two-bedroom, two-bathroom floor plan gives a family real separation between sleeping areas, while the open kitchen and living space, paired with the oversized lanai, give the group room to spread out both inside and out. This two-bedroom villa sleeps up to six guests across 1,344 square feet of interior living space, with the 500-square-foot lanai adding an outdoor footprint nearly as large as the interior.

Every KBM-managed home, including KGV-16P3, is stocked with Laforre bath amenities and cleaned by the same dedicated housekeeping team on every turnover. KBM's concierge desk can help arrange activities and dining reservations ahead of your trip, and guests staying six nights or longer receive a complimentary rental car for the full length of the stay. Local, on-island management is available seven days a week. Because KBM keeps local, on-island staff attached to each property rather than routing every guest request through a call center, most day-of needs are addressed within minutes rather than hours, and the same housekeeping team's familiarity with the unit carries over from one stay to the next. Contact KBM Resorts to check current availability and book KGV-16P3.

Beach

From your Golf Villa, you'll have enviable access to the world-famous Kapalua Bay beach.
