We had a great stay. We have stayed before and it has always been a great experience. This weekend happened to be a local festival in PB at the pier and along the boardwalk that was super convenient and fun.

Love space in kitchen to cook. So true, 2nd and 3rd floor watched the sunset and beach watch. Priceless We loved the master bedroom shower. Great for your back. Just saying!

We enjoyed the spaciousness and beauty of this home. The view of the beach and Pacific Ocean from the main living area is spectacular. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed and supplied with everything we needed. Every morning we walked the boardwalk through Pacific Beach and Mission Beach and the weather cooperated.

Great house! Clean. Had everything we needed. Great for socializing/ eating meals with the whole family. Could use a new grill but it worked. Location is great with beach nearby, easy walk along boardwalk to PB shops and restaurants while removed enough to not be disturbed by the nightlife. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great house with a seamless check-in process. Kitchen was even bigger than expected with just about every tool you need for cooking. The location is literally just seconds away from the beach and I believe this is one of the best houses you can in PB, specifically for the max occupancy that it offers. Thanks Craig!!!

Keep coming back!

Every time we stay here it is an absolute dream. Craig and the property manager were super responsive to any questions we had. The house is fully stocked with all the cooking implements, coffee/tea, and spices we needed, though we had most of our meals at Taco Surf, Oscar's, and the Breakfast Republic anyway. Beautiful views and falling asleep to the sound of the waves.

What a great house!

This house was fantastic for our family trip. It’s a one minute walk to the beach and close to all shops, restaurants, etc. Home was clean, accommodating and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. We’ll be staying there again for sure!

Amazing Trip

Craig is a great host, the property is located in the heart of Pacific Beach next to all the restaurants and nightlife and convenient to all other San Diego tourist attractions. The house is great for families, very spacious with lots of outdoor areas to enjoy beautiful beach and mountain views. Would highly recommend a stay here!

Amazing property

1 minute walk to a beautiful beach the house is everything and more than advertised location is perfect the views are spectacular pinball machine and pool table were a great plus for us Craig is an excellent host and communication was great highly recommend this property in pacific beach

This was a great house for experiencing the San Diego beach scene. The location is very convenient to the beach. The outdoor porches and the indoor/outdoor dining (thanks to the big glass door) provide a very good opportunity to feel and see the ocean. The surf was great for beginners of all ages.

The Perfect San Diego Holiday

The property set the tone for the perfect San Diego family holiday! The location, the very cool house, the amenities, the communication with Craig....you could not ask for anything more. One of our favorite things to do was to wake up in the morning with a cup of coffee, open the door and stare at the pacific ocean before heading out to surf.

Christmas stay

The view was amazing with two balconies. The kitchen was set up for cooking with a view. As a family we used the pool table. We were able to walk everywhere since the house was perfectly located to the beach reatruants. It was a fabulouse place to stay. We hope to stay there again.
