Unclean and Late Check In with no Response from Property Manager

We were told that check-in was 4:00pm. We arrived at 430pm. The property was being "cleaned". We had to wait until almost 6:00pm. When we finally got into the home. It was not clean, the sheets were never washed, and we were not provided any washcloths. I attempted to call the property manager several times and never received a response. To this day ...we have never been contacted about our inconvenience. I highly suggest to stay away from this property. You will be very disappointed with the property, as well as, the customer service.

Plenty of space

There was plenty of space for all 13 of us. The pool was awesome. Nice quiet neighborhood. Property management was very helpful.

I really enjoyed the house, it had a lot of space! We were not on top of each other! For what we paid I think toilet paper, garbage bags, paper towels, dish soap and a few other things should have been included. The pool could have been cleaner!! A few things in the house were broken! My first morning I went to make coffee, there was not a coffee maker, my husband looked in the closet and it was in there with no pot!! That should definitely be fixed!!! We did enjoy our stay, however those things should be looked into!

Property was filthy, nasty, and disgusting upon arrival

The condo was not cleaned from the last tenants who occupied the rental. We had to leave our clean homes and travel 10 hours away to a vacation property to clean which means the property had not been disinfected. I am so glad we brought all Lysol products, Microban, and Odoban to feel safe and clean and deodorize the property ourselves. We deserve a refund of at least 35% of our money back for the inconvenience of the property owners not getting a housekeeping contract in enough time for when we arrived since we paid on time and in full and not at the last minute so the property owners had an ample amount of time to make sure we had a clean stay especially during this Covid Pandemic. When the following housekeeping problems were discovered Nova Vacations was immediately contacted to follow up with housekeeping. Management of Nova Vacations was contacted and immediately reached out to us and brought fresh new unused linen for beds, and towels and washcloths. Management returned a few hours later with comforters for the beds. The property owner gave Nova Vacations the incorrect size of beds in the condo which resulted in my king bed not having a clean new unused linen and comforter. Housekeeping came to clean the property the next day. I met with the owner of the housekeeping service and she told me they had just gotten the service contract the day before. And we booked this condo back in June 2020. She was also very apologetic. - There we’re no clean linens or comforters for any beds, dirty towels and washcloths piled in laundry room on the floor, all bathrooms filthy, toilets with pee or poop stains, mirrors left uncleaned. Showers and tubs left filthy, all floors unswept and/or not vacuumed, Stove and oven messy with food particles and spillage/burnt food in the bottom of the oven, microwave not cleaned, refrigerator door handle broken (inside disgusting with food spillage from previous tenants, insulin needle left in top left door of fridge), pool water green and unclean, did not appear swept or chlorine added, pool sweeper broken, kitchen trash can disgusting, outside trash bin full upon arrival and was pushed up to trash door, had not been collected, no new unused rolls of toilet paper as stated we would have, living room and bedroom tables not wiped down or dusted, Scuffs on walls, glass broken on dresser downstairs, pool stick broken, broken/missing blinds downstair Overall, property owners need to do better with hou

Kids loved it

Plenty of space. Kids loved the themed rooms! Cell reception was non existent however there was wifi provided. The pool was smaller than expected but the clubhouse had a pool/lazy river and kids play area. There was a line to enter the gated community every day, security didn’t seem to keep visitors information on file so it was a lengthy process everytime returning to the house. Overall it was a good deal for the number of people that could be accommodated, especially for anyone with kids who love Harry Potter or Star Wars (that seemed to be the favorite room).

Great Place just as advertised!

We had a few things that needed to be addressed, but were able to get in touch with the property manager and get corrected. Very nice place and able to accommodate 13 adults and kids with plenty of space. Plenty of plates, glasses, pots, and pans to use when cooking! Very close to Disney and all the shopping. We will stay here again!

They weren’t ready for us. We were the very first renters after construction. Once the property management company was informed of our stay, they (Jeeves) went into overdrive to assure our stay was great. I’d rent from here again.
