Good to see that you enjoyed staying with your group of 8 at the property ( size :3000 sqr feet of living space, location : Grand central for Tokyo, super close to shops restaurants etc..and prompt response form the caretakers) As for little touches :- house keeping made sure to receive you with your group at the property, guide you through to insure that you are immediately feeling at home after a long journey. Provided the kitchen with a fairly expensive Nescafé coffee machine maker with large supply of premium coffe pods, that our house keeping team said your group took full advantage of it. And in addition to the prompt response to your needs, We provided you with an extra key and agreed to let your luggage on the property beyond your checkout time. As for the missing napkins ,you could have told us so we let you know where boxes of tissues are stored in the kitchen . This house is beautifully designed by a well known Japanese architect, nicely furnished with expensive Asian furniture pieces , paintings and wooden art work . For us to hear that you felt like being in a Dorm (first time we read this in a 13 year of managing the property) , the statement , in our own opinion , is far from accurate. The house , located in Nishiazabu sanchome is sitting on one of the most expensive real estate values in Tokyo, Running costs are extremely high . Interesting to see how you fair in another accommodation with your group of 8 when visiting tokyo next time.
