Owner was very informative and quick to respond. Although our elevators were out of service the day we checked in - the owner was very responsive. By that same evening they were back up and running. The condo was spacious and stocked with soaps, towels & kitchen utensils. We enjoyed our stay very much. (Owner also advised - the condo is going to be renovated - I believe by October). Definitely would stay here again!

Amazing location

Our first trip to Indian Shores & it did not disappoint. Found it to be far less busy & “touristy” then other FL destinations. Property was in a perfect location & well maintained. The owner was very responsive anytime we needed to reach him. Would highly recommend staying here.

Easy location right on the beach

Easy location in Indian Shores right on the beach. Great to be able to walk out to the beach for a bit, then come back in when we want, instead of having to make a full day of it. The pool was heated (threat for the iffy Spring Break weather!). Caddy's across the street is back open now, so that's great too!

Wonderful Stay!

My friend and I come to this area every year. It’s our first time at Sandcastle and this unit. Perfect location! Condo was great, beds were super comfy and the view from the balcony can’t be beat! The grounds of Sandcastle are well kept and the pool area is great! Our stay was truly one of our best. We will be booking soon for next year!

Great time had by all

My family of 4 and my parents stayed in this condo together for spring break. It was super clean and had enough space for all of us. You can't beat the location with restaurants/ice cream shop right across the street and the beach view is wonderful. The owner is super nice, organized and easy to work with. We all had a great time!
