Spacious, Comfortable with Full Kitchen & W/D

Hale Anuenue (House of Rainbows) is a large, fully equipped studio/condominium unit fronting on a tree lined walking path that leads down to Anini Beach. It offers a full, well equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, Queen size bed, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, a large walk-in shower, beach chairs, snorkel gear, beach umbrella and cooler. The large lanai is perfect for stargazing or just enjoying some quiet outdoor reading. There's reserved parking, a great pool area with a communal barbecue and shopping and restaurants are just minutes away. Princeville at Hanalei's location is conveniently close to Kilauea, Hanalei and the numerous beaches and amenities of Kauai's beautiful North Shore. Given it's size, inclusions and location, Hale Anuenue is by far Princeville's best bargain. Stays are limited to 2 adults (one must over 25 years old), and A MAXIMUM OF 14 NIGHTS.

Everything was absolutely perfect. We loved the place and will definitely be back next time we're in Kauai. Rick has really thought of everything here. Made our trip so much easier and fun. Very responsive host, even arranged for our last minute request for early arrival. The bed was very comfortable and made for easy sleeping. There was a little road noise from the windows above the bed, but closing the louvered windows completely solved the issue, and there was still plenty of airflow from the other windows and fans. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking all of our meals, and we loved the thoughtful extras in the cabinets like spices, sugar, and coffee. The space was very thoughtfully equipped,even a yoga mat was provided, which was a lovely touch. The landscaping and tropical plants on the lanai and around the property were beautiful, with great natural light throughout. The location was excellent, close to several beaches within walking and short driving distance, and a grocery store nearby. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

We had a wonderful stay here! Very homey with a lovely back porch. We enjoyed the location and Anini beach was within walking distance (the hill down there is steep and it’s a decent walk though, just FYI). Rick provided lots of amenities and we especially appreciate the beach chairs, umbrella, and snorkeling gear.

Beautiful stay

This place was absolutely wonderful! It was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The area was very nice and quiet. We enjoyed drinking our coffee every mornong on the back lanai. There is a small shopping center nearby that has a grocery store, several options for restaurants and nightly love music. It was also is also a quick drive to Hanalei. It was just a truly wonderful place to stay for our visit to Kauai!

Place was perfect for us! Really enjoyed the full kitchen amenities as it provided an opportunity for us to make some snacks and meals without having to find a place to eat out each meal. The additional amenities that were included were excellent; chairs for the beach, towels for the beach, fans for air movement while sleeping, and of course the included snorkeling gear. It was all wonderful!

Perfect for two!

This little getaway place was fantastic! One of the best stocked VRBO‘s that we have ever stayed in. Usually, we have to go and purchase utensils and other supplies - at this place, that was not the case. The unit was very clean, well taken care of and we felt safe in this location. We’d pick this place again.

I traveled much of the world and found myself on Kauai in 1979. I knew the minute I arrived that I was home. I continued to vacation on Kauai yearly and finally decided to move to Kauai full time in 1986. I moved to the mainland in 2010 to explore the U.S., but It wasn't long before I realized that there's no place like Kauai and I came back "home".

I looked at the numerous options available and decided that at this stage of my life a condo would be the best thing for me. Paniolo offers a great, quiet location fronting on the Prince Golf Course and amenities such as an on-site pool, a trail down to Anini Beach and the convenience of being just minutes away from world class beaches, numerous outdoor activities, shopping, a library and park.
