The house had everything we needed. It was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, and we were very happy with the short kayak to the river.

The house was perfect for our family weekend. Access to the water to kayak was a plus! Spent the whole weekend out back. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Wonderful stay! We loved swimming off the floating dock and taking the kayaks out for a quick paddle to the main river. The home was beautiful, spotless, and had strong A/C, much appreciated. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Great spot from which to explore the Weeki Wachee and Spring Hill area. Our family of four used the kayaks (2 single and 1 double), and two paddleboards almost daily during our visit and appreciated not having to rent additional gear. For our early April visit, nearly all of our daily manatee sightings were in the canals before we got to the river. Pretty neat! The house itself was quiet and comfortable, and the kitchen was well enough equipped for us to prepare many of our meals. Jonathan was super responsive and helpful when we had questions, and we would happily stay here again.

Perfect Getaway

The property was perfect for our long weekend. Lots of sleeping space, clean, the dock area was great for water activities and fishing. We would definitely go back again!!!

Great time on the water

We had a great time very comfortable furniture and beds well equipped kitchen plenty of outdoor seating. It was nice having such easy access to the river right in the back yard. We would definitely stay there again.

Cozy & Close to Park

Cozy and comfortable property with lots of lounge space. Great dock to fish and swim off. Close (6 min drive) to Weeki Wachee park.

Great place to stay!

We loved the property. Very close to the river to see manatees. Only downsides were one of the 3 kayaks had a hole in the bottom and the grill is falling apart.
