You can enjoy a magnificent holiday sunbathing in the lawn-garden, in its two comfortable loungers overlooking the beautiful views of the canal. You will find an ideal furnished terrace where you can celebrate outdoors meals surrounded by your family or friends or prepare a good barbecue in the mobile barbecue. There is an outside shower so you can cool off on those days of intense sun. The plot is completely fenced.

The house of about 118 m2 is distributed over two floors and has an air conditioning on each floor. On the ground floor you can find the living room, which shares space with the dining room, and features two comfortable sofas where you can watch your favorite series or movies on satellite TV. Dining table with 6 chairs is available. The independent kitchen with gas is modern and practical, and has everything you may need to be able to prepare your best dishes. On the same floor, there is a bathroom with shower. The laundry is independent and has washing machine, iron and ironing board.
On the upper floor there are three bedrooms, two of them with double bed, closets and access to a small balcony with marvellous canal views and a third bedroom with two single beds and wardrobe. For the smallest guests we can provide a cot and highchair. The bathroom on this floor is practical and modern and has a bathtub.

The area of Puerto de Alcudia is ideal for enjoying a great holiday with your family or friends thanlks to its wealth of leisure and shopping, you can practice different activities such as horseback riding, boat, water attractions or ride a quad. Only 500 m away you will find the incredible beach of Puerto de Alcudia, famous for its crystal clear waters and fine white sand, where you can enjoy the well-deserved holiday break.
