Perfect Location and Nice Unit

We stayed her for our annual adult Girl's Trip. it slept 8 adults comfortably. It was a super easy check in process, and everyone was very responsive. Will stay here again.

Great family getaway

My family of four and two friends all 19 and up had a fabulous stay. Everything was easy to access, and the one hiccup we had with a clogged drain was fixed in a timely manner. I love the app that allows for reliable communication about the property and the condo. The location was excellent with direct access to a great pool and beautiful beach. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

Beachside One Beauty

We frequently stay in Beachside 2, but this was our first experience at Beachside One and it was amazing!! The condo was beautiful, and we will definitely stay here again. It looks just like the picture, and the management company was so so easy to work with and answered texts/emails/phone calls immediately. Had a great time and enjoyed every minute of our time in this beauty!

Family vacation 2022

Property was nice and we love the location. Condo was very roomy but not kid friendly for small children. It would be fine for older children. Pool area is new and upgraded. We had a great time with family.

Nice view but for the price could have been furnished a little better.

Had a good time, tropical depression put a damper on going in the water on the beach. Paid less per night on 30A last year with much better furnishings and amenities.

wonderful place for family vacation

accommodations were more than adequate for us. we had 6 adults and 3 children. It was great that the beach was just steps away from unit. Was disappointed there was not enough basic supplies such as trash bags, hand soap, toilet paper and shower supplies. It was nice to have a closet with beach toys etc. Chairs and umbrellas could use an update, Overall a great place to stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enough space to come together as well as get some quiet time! Clean. Well equipped. Loved the beach chairs and toys. Property management communicates quickly and attempts to work with us. Only improvement would be an endless water heater. Could never get a bath tub with hot water past a few inches.

Clean and spacious unit

We loved our stay, condo was clean and big enough for my family. Kids loved the pool. Only thing we didn’t care for was that we had to rent chairs if we wanted one with an umbrella but the unit did provide some. The ac needs work, if we closed the doors the rooms would get hot. Other than that it was beautiful!

We understand that the umbrella / chair combos are nice, but we're glad that you were able to enjoy your beach days with the 6 chairs and 2 umbrellas provided at the unit. We appreciate you letting us know about the AC. Please always contact us during your stay about issues like that--sometimes it can take time to resovle AC issues. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hello, it was nice, I thought there was more restaurants within walking distance, and shopping. I guess I was thinking it would be closer. The rooms are a little out dated. Not sue it was worth 5,000 we spent to stay.

Greg, we apologize if you felt the rates were too expensive and there were not enough restaurant options. We feel the area is plentiful with local eating establishments and Beachside is in the ideal location to be close to the beach as well as the other local attractions. Thanks for staying and we do hope, despite the inconvenience, that your family had a spectacular beach vacation!
