I could not find a map of the property to find the precise location of this unit until it was too late. The photos online are somewhat misleading in that this unit is not "oceanfront" but "oceanview". And that ocean view is miniscule. What you do have is a lovely view of the pond with all its cute baby turtles, huge koi, and beautiful white egret.
Positives: felt very safe, this is a small community of families; the condo was exceptionally clean! floors were clean, linens very clean and fresh; sink, dishwasher, stove, fridge, washer and dryer worked perfectly well; very easy to locate on a map.
Negatives: I said it was very clean, and the smell of disinfectant was noxiously overwhelming for all three days we were there (even candles bought at the Walmart did not cut through it); it is an extremely small and old unit (reminiscent of a 1970s apartment: 7' ceilings, Tupperware and Corningware mixed with newer dishes and glasses). A tall family would feel very claustrophobic here; we did not use the sofabed (thank you for extra sheets laid on it) but the couch itself was very uncomfortable to sit on. It was very dark within the unit, even with all the lights on (that being said, the recessed lighting in the kitchen was lovely, as was the hallway lamp). For those sleeping in the master bedroom, the noise that comes from the frogs in the pond at night--oh my goodness. It is so loud that it is comical! But if you are tired enough from an awesome day at the beach or at the many entertainment activities available nearby, you might enjoy it!
