3 Bedroom apartment sleep total 8 people ! 2nd floor apartment with two toilets one Private Room with wc , large kitchen and leaving room, FREE Parking all around the block Located near the river TEJO not far from Lisbon it`s a very quit area 15 minutes away driving from Lisbon Airport and 5 minutes walk to a local river beach ( Praia Fluvial) lots of shops ,cafes and restaurants Opens until late including a daily market in Samouco villa open (7 am - 3 pm) Monday to Friday .There are buses near the apartment to Lisbon and from Lisbon Gare De Orient Metro Station and Santa Apolonia Lisbon Capital every 20 minutes also you can travel by ferry if you wish .From The apartment is about 20 minutes driving to Fonte da Telha beach, Setubal & Sesimbra Sea water beaches.
The Proprety have a Security cctv camera at the Entrance for security and safety operation of everyone.

Friendly hosts

The place is nice. One goes up 2 sets of stairs to a second floor. Good amenities, lots of privacy. They even have a washing machine.

Estancia Acogedora

Estuvimos muy a gusto con el apartamento, es muy amplio, camas y estancias muy cómodas, todo muy limpio y tiene todo lo necesario para estar muchos días y a un precio muy adecuado! El anfitrión fue muy amable y cordial, siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos. Esperamos volver a alojarnos aquí, si hay oportunidad. Muchas gracias por todo.

El lugar es muy acogedor, tiene suficientes camas para poder pasar un fin de semana con amigos o familia. La limpieza del piso y las comodidades y servicios que ofrece el dueño han sigo muy valoradas por nosotros. Sin duda volveremos. Lo recomiendo al 100%

Court séjour dans un bel appartement spacieux, mais à la propreté un peu douteuse...

L’arrivée s’est bien faite. Nous avons été agréablement surpris par la grandeur de l’appartement et avons beaucoup apprécié la présence de 2 salles de bain complètes. Par contre, les draps n’avaient pas l’air propres, il y avait de vieux restants de nourriture dans un réfrigérateur sale... Nous avons beaucoup aimé le village de Montijo, où avait lieu une fête accessible à tous. Les gens étaient très accueillant.

Our stay in Samouco

The appartment is in the second floor. It is large, good furnished and clean. It has two bathrooms. During our stay unfortunately only one toilet was working correctly. The internet wasn't working as well. The beds matresses must be old. If you move loud creaky sounds coming out. In the object details it is described to have air condition that's not true only fans exist. The bigger bedroom smells musty because of high humidity. The kitchen has only old pots for cooking. At the evening when you want to go to sleep barking dogs are in the backyard. The best is to come by car otherwise it is very difficult to reach other locations. Please not to misunderstand I want to give a real picture of the appartment.

Die Wohnung ist geräumig und bietet reichlich Komfort. Die Anbindung an Lissabon und Umland ist gut. Sergio ist ein außerordentlich hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. The apartment is comfortable and quite spacious. Due to the close location to Lissabon it’s also connected very well. Sergio is an very helpful and friendly host. At all, we can recommended this flat unrestricted to everyone.
