Beautiful authentic property, great location

It was a pleasure to stay in this beautiful apartment. We had a great time and the property is beautifully presented. The hosts were brilliant and we had no issues. Good location, clean and would have no problem recommending this apartment.

Beautiful!

We just loved how this home was so nicely decorated and set up for visitors. The balcony was a great spot for a glass of wine. Good location from the train station.

Great location! The view from the terrace is just darling. Our stay was very comfortable. Everything you need is there!!! Close to a great cafe and supermarket.

Charming Venetian Apartment

We enjoyed this charming apartment, so elegant but also comfortable and homey. The view of the Grand Canal is stunning. Watching the boat traffic from the balcony was fascinating. If only we could stay longer!

Just amazing!

The most amazing view of the Grand Canale, the most amazing location, the most amazing vintage Venetian vibe in the apartment! Very large, very clean, very comfortable, very well equipped! I wish we could have stayed longer than theee days, and I promised myself to come back with my family.

Nice location and apartment

We had a little trouble finding the apartment, but once found, we had a great stay. The location was good, close to dining options and a vaporetto stop. The apartment was charming, clean, and quiet, with a nice view of the grand canal from the kitchen balcony. Lots of antiques with a price list in case of theft or breakage, so may not be good for families with kids, but perfect for our adult group.

Authentic Venetian Experience

The apartment was all we hoped for. Very spacious, comfortable and full of Venetian oddities. A small but usable balcony overlooked the Grand Canal, very beautiful and romantic. The apartment was located in a central but very quiet location, easy to get around to all parts of the city. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely perfect

I've been visiting Venice more or less annually since the 1980s, and in all that time I've never stayed in a better place than this. The apartment is spacious and beautifully furnished, and the location is superb, with the balcony giving a wonderful view across the Canal Grande to the church of San Stae. Eugenio could not have been more helpful - he even had a new key cut for us when we asked in it might be possible to have a second one. We spent a hugely enjoyable week here, and wouldn't hesitate to return.

Lovely

The apartment was lovely, the check in and communication excellent. And you can see boats passing by from the little balcony! The kitchen was truly set up for cooking and enjoying around a table. We didn’t get the chance to enjoy it enough—needed a longer stay. The location was convenient—15 minute walk to the train station. There was a guest book that was incredibly thorough and helpful. Our teens were comfortable, and the bathrooms very nice also.

Beautiful and great location

We enjoyed our stay immensely! This apartment is lovely (beautiful artwork and finishes) and located on a canal with a beautiful view of the grand canal. It has everything you need, and it's a very comfortable place to unwind after a day of sight seeing. We didn't cook, but the kitchen was well-equipped if you're inclined to do so. Eugenio was a great host and met us at the boat to take us to the apartment. It's in an easy-to-find location and close to a vaparetto stop, which is helpful in Venice. The only very small negative was the shower (small and water leaks out onto the floor easily- but I think small showers are typical in this area). Otherwise, everything was wonderful! Highly recommend.

Very nice place in great location

We were very pleased with our stay overall. We chose this place based on reviews and descriptions and were happy. It’s a great location, very neat, clean and comfortable. The directions to the location were great and access was easy. The owners have created a very nice place to stay and we understood their concerns for their home but it was a bit disconcerting to be asked to follow a set of rules (closing shutters, opening windows, turning off lights when not in use) that were not mentioned when we booked. Kind of made us feel like children. We were also told after we checked in that our energy consumption was included in our price but that they would check the meter for consumption upon check out and that we could possibly be charged a supplemental consumption fee. These rules/demands need to be listed upfront for consideration before booking.

Perfect location.

Perfect location for us! We stayed 9 days for Carnivale. This location was close enough for us to walk to the main areas but far enough to escape the crowds. If you have difficulty walking, the boat stop is within 5 minutes. The most well stocked kitchen we've ever had in a VRBO. Also an abundant amount of spices in the drawer. Grocery stores located nearby. Plenty of resturants and bars within a a short distance. We hired a guide to pick us up from the airport and walk us directly to the door, so we missed out on meeting our hosts - hopefully next time 🙂 We were greatful for this service as we knew we would be looking for a door in some alley way and probably would have gotten lost. But, you know, the best to get to know Venice is to get lost, but without the suitcases. Clean! Fun stepping out on the little deck on the canal. Truly felt like a home!!!!!

Lovely!

Bit tricky to find at first as all Venetian properties are.. everyday we saw people struggling to find their accommodation! We'd run out of Wi-Fi which made it trickier but rang the number provided & was pointed in right direction. We would not have minded some simple directions in email such as turn left here turn right there etc. Also we were told it was near a boat stop which it is but that cost us as the boat is quite expensive & walk was better... only 14 mins from station. Accommodation outstanding, beautiful home decorated in Italian style which added to the ambiance of the holiday. A bit dark & light switches not always easy to find but that is due to the wooden beams which are beautiful. Balcony small but enough room for two, we spent a lot of time out there, amazing to sit and watch the Grand Canal traffic with gondolas passing underneath us, it enabled us to have a Venetian experience without leaving our room! Location outstanding, close to main sites and big street with plenty of restaurant/shopping options. Appreciated little extras esp soft drink left in fridge as by the time we got to the room we were hot & thirsty! Space is very warm but air cons & fans excellent although kitchen remains hot. Guide in room said checkout 11 which we took as a given, forgetting that online said 10 so we had to get out earlier than we planned... that ambiguity needs clarification. Wifi is just ok, worse in main bedroom. Shower takes longgggg time to warm up. Overall great!

Eine Woche in Venedig

Die Wohnung ist perfekt, genauso wie beschrieben. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es ist alles vorhanden, das man braucht und es wurde an alles gedacht. Es gibt einen kleinen Balkon, von dem aus man einen schönen Blick auf den Canale Grande hat. Besser geht es nicht.

Bel appartement spacieux et très bien équipé très jolie décoration et meubles anciens On est déjà dans l’ambiance vénitienne ! Les alentours sont très agréables avec la présence du Grand Canal juste à côté, une rue commerçante derrière, et un marché aux poissons en face où on accède par les gondoles traversantes qu’empruntent les vénitiens tous les jours Un beau séjour
