Das Haus ist in guter Lage zwischen Wanderweg und Stadtmitte. Einkaufsmöglichkeit fast um die Ecke, und Restaurants auch in der Nähe. Wir fanden es sehr schön dort.

Perfect location for hgiking

Superb apt. Perfect location for hiking, as many routes start nearby. Close to stores and restaurants. We had several hikes and perfect to sit on the roof and enjoy snacs and a beer efter a long hike while watching the view of teh mountains around Soller

Toll

Gemütliches, mallorquinisches Steinhaus mit Dachterrasse und atemberaubendem Rundumblick und Bergkulisse. Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet, Klimaanlage in allen Etagen. Parken an der Straße kein Problem. Soller mit seinen vielen Geschäften und Restaurants ist schnell zu Fuß erreichbar, Wanderungen können direkt vom Haus aus gestartet werden. Wir haben es sehr genossen.

Soller

Great location outside of Soller proper. There is a bit of walking involved and the streets can get a bit narrow still the views and proximity to nearby towns make this place a great way to interact in town while having a bit of seclusion from being near the town square of Soller. The property was a nice break from doing the hotel thing. WiFi was solid plus having the multiple floors was great if you wanted some privacy. The kitchen area was accessible offered a respite from dining out. Be sure to check out the nearby restaurants all were very fantastic. Finally our host was very wonderful in providing all the details needed for a most enjoyable stay. For a great break from the beach life in Mallorca check out this residence.

Tolle Wohnung, tolle Umgebung

Wir haben 14 Tage in der Wohnung gewohnt und haben jeden Tag genossen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen Urlaub braucht, auch reichlich Karten- /Infomaterial und Wanderführer. Die Wohnung hatte, zumindest während unseres Aufenthaltes, keinen Fernseher. Darauf wurden wir im Vorfeld extra nochmal hingewiesen und uns hat dies nicht gestört. Die Wohnung wurde uns in perfekt sauberem Zustand übergeben. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war freundlich und schnell. Die Wohnung lag für uns ideal. Einerseits in Verlängerung der Einkaufsstraße von Soller, also kurze Wege zum Einkaufen, andererseits aber nah an den Wanderwegen. Beachten sollte man, dass sich die Wohnung über 4 Etagen erstreckt (inkl. Dachterrasse). Das Leitungswasser soll in Mallorca zum Trinken nicht so geeignet sein, aber wenige Meter von der Wohnung gibt es eine Wasserentnahmestelle, wo man zum Kochen Quellwasser holen kann. Auch die Einheimischen nutzen dies intensiv. Es gibt viele Ziele, die man erkunden kann. Auf jeden Fall sollte man die Ecovinyassa besuchen (5 min zu Fuß). Dies ist eine Agrargenossenschaft, die in einem großen Bereich die verschiedenen Zitrusfrüchte zeigt. Am Besten vorher online Anmelden. Dann steht während des Rundganges schon ein persönliches Körbchen mit Orangen zum Verkosten bereit. Der Rundgang und die Betreuung waren toll, die Anlage sehr sehenswert und informativ. Übrigens gibt es ein sehr gutes Busnetz, so dass man nicht zwingend ein Mietauto benötigt. Sehr schöner Urlaub!!!

Peaceful stay close to the heart of Soller

This property was the perfect getaway for a peaceful vacation. My partner and I enjoyed the whole house from cooking in the kitchen, lounging on the futon in the living room and looking at the stars at night on the roof deck. The center square of Soller is only a quick 10min walk and is bustling every night with live music, dancing, and great people watching. We enjoyed waking up early for a walk to a cafe and then heading over to the Port de Soller for a swim - only a 6 min drive. Parking wasn't too much trouble around the house, but I would definitely recommend as small of a car as you can rent, the streets are very narrow. Overall a wonderful experience, and would definitely stay again next time I find myself in Mallorca.

Terrazzo magnifico

La casa è molto carina, fuori dal centro più tutistico ma comunque raggiungibile a piedi. Dalla camera si accede al terrazzo che è stata un’esperienza unica: la sera vi è un incredibile cielo stellato. Abbiamo provato anche il ristorante sotto casa di ottima qualità con persone carine e cordiali. Ci piacerebbe molto tornare a Soller e soggiornare qui.

Lovely house

This was a lovely house to stay in, in a fabulous location on the edge of Soller on the road to Biniaraix. Everything about booking was easy and we were met on arrival by Aurelia who was very nice and helpful. There was a lovely bottle of wine left for us too. Having air conditioning on every floor was brilliant. Well equipped kitchen and a nice, open sitting room to relax in on the first floor. Nice large bed on the top floor with en suite bathroom. Only problem was the roof terrace. This was noted in another review, so I was prepared for it, but a bit of a disappointment nonetheless. The furniture up there is very uncomfortable and one of the benches was broken - and stored up there to one side which didn't look very good. It would be so easy to fix with some new furniture and a few pots with plants in. It wasn't the end of the world as we didn't spend much time in the house in the daytime with so much to explore locally. Overall, would recommend the house, but not if you want somewhere to be able to sit comfortably outside.

Stunning views from rooftop terrace

This property is a 15 minute walk from the centre of Soller which means the views of the mountains are simply stunning! The property is over four floors (lots of steps) and is clean and well equipped. Hilltop villages are close and lots of lovely walks in the area. We loved our stay here.Thank you

Excellent house in a great location

Excellent property in a great location 10 minutes walk from the town centre. The house is beautifully decorated and has everything you need, and the view from the roof terrace is amazing.

Amazing!

This House is simply amazing. We stayed here for 11 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is on a great location just outside the centre of Sóller, and it allowed us to enjoy Sóller and its surrounding villages such as Binairaix and Fornalutx. Another great thing about the location is that you can hike into the mountains easily by walking towards Binairaix, and then just follow the route to Puig de l'ofre. The house was very clean and the owner is very nice, and the house has everything you can possibly need inside. The roof terrace is amazing, almost every evening we enjoyed the view of the mountains surrounding the village and it was great for looking at the stars at night. Another nice feature is that there is airconditioning on every floor, helping us to cool down after a busy day. Sóller is a great place to stay if you want to discover the village and the surrounding area, there is a good bus connection from Sóller to Palma and also from Sóller to Port de Soller, and we traveled the area a lot by bus. I would also recommend to take the bus to Cala Deia and Es Canyaret, which are two beautiful beaches nearby. Renting a bike is also recommended as it was nice to bike to Port de Soller, Binairaix and Fornalutx (I would definitely recommend fornalutx), and hiking in the mountains is also really nice. From the house it is a 10 minute walk to the centre of Soller, and there is a nice atmosphere in the village with a lot of cosy terraces and amazing ice cream. All in all a great house in a great place!

I booked this house for my mum and a friend and they thoroughly enjoyed their stay there. It was clean and well equipped for a holiday home and in a great spot for setting out on hikes in the mountains. They happily recommend a stay there and hope to return one day...

Great property in central soller

We had a lovely week 7th june 2018 the property is basic but with everything you need it is a great base to explore the mountains and only 10/15 minutes walk to soller square were there is plenty of great restaurants to eat and drink. The roof terrace is a bonus we spent most of our time up there with all the stunning views. Could do with some more comfy furniture for the terrace that was our only minor issue. the accomodation was very clean. We had a friendly greeting when we arrived. would definetly recommend to any couples for a peaceful holiday. We will be looking to come back again.
