Perfect location

The studio is a perfect place to stay for 1-2 people in Kenmore WA. They made sure I had everything I needed to make my stay pleasant. The studio was beautifully decorated and yet homey at the same time. Everything was extremely clean I would highly recommend staying here.

Superb hosts and a great stay!

Exceptional stay! The property was terrific and the hosts were so thoughtful... best amenities ever! Tess was responsive with great communication. The location was excellent for our needs, only minutes away from the wedding we attended at beautiful St Edwards State Park. 10/10, highly recommend!

Tessa and Eugene are very friendly, communicative and kind hosts. The unit was sooo clean, comfortable and very well appointed. It had everything I needed and more! The neighborhood was safe and quiet. I went for a walk with my brother, who visited me. We got lost and a kind neighbor steered us back in the right direction. I felt very well taken care of and when I come back to Seattle, I'll check here first for availability.

Great stay for a Seattle based vacation

You will not find a cleaner suite than this! Very nicely decorated. Very cozy & comfy. Great location to visit the Seattle area. When we arrived, there were a variety of beverages in the fridge, along with some food items in the freezer & cupboards. Very thoughtful if you come in late & don’t want to go shopping right away. Quiet, safe neighbourhood. A lot of care & thought went into creating a very nice space to relax after a busy day. Tess is a great communicator, and the suite was beyond our expectations. Well done! Best VBRO stay!

Traveling for business usually lands me in a different hotel every nite- I stayed here and used it as home base for a couple nights. The location is great with easy highway access, fantastic internet and everything you need to be right at home. These folks have gone above and beyond to make comfort and feeling pampered a priority. Cabinets and fridge stocked with plenty of extras to make a meal if needed including fresh eggs for breakfast. The best part for me was the bed and pillows... the bed may be the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in with all kinds of pillow options to get your perfect nights sleep. Shower and bathroom are perfectly appointed and very welcoming! Fresh flowers warm the feel of bathroom and ‘dining’ area. I would be happy to stay here every time I’m in this area. Highly recommend!

Wonderful, quiet, and quaint getaway

Tess and Eugene were so great. Always checked in to see if we needed trash emptied or clean towels. We did have a minor hiccup with the kitchen sink, but they responded in 5 minutes. Very happy we found this place. We will return here on our next trip

Home Away From Home

The host, Tess, was amazing! Her hospitality was the best that I have experienced at a vacation rental. You will feel safe and right at home at this property. It is also located perfectly! Near the state park, downtown, and easy to access the main highways to get to the National Parks. If you are looking for a cozy place to stay you must pick this property!

Great Place for a couple

My wife and I needed a smaller place to stay and we couldn't have been any happier with this property. Very clean, nicely decorated and well stocked with all we could need. The location is quiet and peaceful, yet close to restaurants. Definitely exceeded our expectations!

I had a very relaxing stay. The bed was comfortable, the refrigerator stocked with basics, and the owner of the property friendly and helpful. There was a bit of noise from upstairs, but that was to be expected. Overall I had a very pleasant experience.

Great Place

The property was as described. It had everything a person could want or need. Very clean and bright. Good location for us, out of the traffic and congestion of downtown. Nice location, hiking, wine trail and brewery's close to the VRBO. Still close to downtown too.
