Due to COVID uncertainty, we will consider all refunds individually and fairly.
If Govt rules, flights, travel restrictions, or cancellation of an organised event result in you no longer being able to have your holiday at our house we will do everything we can to ensure a full refund is processed. However we do not refund for "change of mind" unless covered by a Homeaway Stayz policy during this time.
Please ensure you have read the cancellation policy as your booking date nears, to ensure you are able to cancel if travel restrictions change.
If Homeaway Stayz pass on a fee to us that we are unable to get refunded, this portion will not be refunded, Cleaning fee is refunded.
