Welcome to your serene oasis in Southern NM, where modern comfort merges with the tranquility of open landscapes & mountain views, a perfect setting for peaceful relaxation. Magic awaits you in the backyard as you're greeted by a sprawling landscape that extends to the horizon. Indulge in a warm & cozy spot at the electric fire pit, under the desert sky & quiet beauty of the cosmos. A haven with the perfect balance of comfort & serenity where beauty of the desert unfolds right at your door.

The home has a softwater system and a reverse osmosis filtering system for your comfort and health.

The exterior offers a fully landscaped and fenced in back yard. It also has a natural gas decorative firepit surrounded by brick pavers and sandstone walkways.

This home also offers a garage with a built in vacuum system and flat screen television.

You will be happy to reserve your stay and enjoy the many things this home offers.

*Please Note* Connected casita with attached shop. May have employee traffic during business hours. Property owner/manager lives on site.
WiFi internet has a data limit of 15 gigs per month. May experience slow speeds at times.
To avoid an additional expense, we ask guests that may have a pet to please keep them outside carpeted rooms.

You will receive access to the entire home. When you book, the entire home will be reserved for your stay & all other listings calendars will be blocked. This is not a shared space.

Fantastic stay at this property. The house is really nice - comfortable furniture, a huge master bath, and a fire pit outside (we didn’t try to use it). The guest house has its own fenced yard and an astroturf lawn for our two dogs who loved the view of the mountains as lush as we did. The neighborhood is a little mixed between nice places and less upkept places, but I felt the property was safe and they let you park in the garage for security. The adjoining property stores a fair number of tractor trailers. They have angled everything to minimize how it is seen from the guest house, though. If you are willing to overlook those little flaws, this place is a hidden gem and we were very comfortable stating here. Would book again next time we want to visit the area.

Great Host, Beautiful Home.

The house is wonderful and our stay was great. Unfortunately it’s right next to some kind some kind of business that has lots of noises and people that regularly drive past the front of the house. Also the WiFi password didn’t work but we were able to manage. It was very nice overall.

Excellent house as always!

We have stayed at this property before and it was excellent, as always. It is a beautiful house and very spacious. We travel with my MIL and this house offers a lot of privacy as the bedrooms are on opposite ends of the house. Even though it is located somewhat close to the interstate, you do not hear any traffic noise. Several of the neighbors have dogs and you don’t hear them either. Excellent house and the host is very responsive. Highly recommend this property.

Beautiful home away from home

We stayed in this gorgeous house in a quiet neighborhood for 2 weeks. The kitchen was very well equipped and it's always nice to have a gas BBQ to use. The furniture and bed were very comfortable. It was a bonus to have a garage to park in. The old town of Mesilla is close by and it is full of wonderful restaurants. Walmart & Albertson's are a few minute drive away for all you grocery needs. If you like to go for a daily walk, run or bike the La Llorona Trail down by Rio Grande is an excellent place to go! Overall we had a wonderful stay - shouldn't forget to mention the view from the back patio!

Lovely Property

The house is very attractive with ample space and facilities. We were able to cook a complex meal using the comprehensive equipment in the kitchen. The property is quiet and secluded in an agricultural area. Overall we were very pleased with our stay. Thank you! A++++

Luxury in Los Cruces

This is a fabulous home, the nicest place we have stayed. Spacious, beautifully decorated and immaculately clean, we both said we wish we had planned to spend a week or more there. The dogs loved the big back yard, that was also beautiful.

Great winter break

There were 3 of us in our group and we were all very happy with our month long stay. The location was great: we enjoyed the wide open view with mountains in the background, and the ease in getting to I10. Being so close to Mesilla was a big plus. The house was clean, comfortable and well furnished. We usually cooked one meal a day and found the kitchen well stocked. The owner responded quickly to our questions. Our needs were well met and we loved our stay.

Beautiful little home near La Mesilla

It was a beautiful home with a fully stocked kitchen of all the pots and pans and utensils which was a huge plus for us. The only downside was being how spread out the layout of the home is, it was hard to keep a steady temperature in the house, specifically the bedrooms and night. Other than that, highly recommend

Great place, very peaceful and convenient to what/where I needed to be

Great 1 floor set up - and full access to garage. Very clean and comfortable, great host - I have been in one of his other properties- and always the same standards for comfort and cleanliness. Efficient check-in/out, available for questions and very quick to respond! Highly recommend. Located a bit rural BUT still very close to everything and all services deliver (instacart, doordash etc.) The views were magnificent over the farm area and skies at night very relaxing.

Relax in Comfort

This is a beautiful property. Extra high ceilings convey a feeling of open spaciousness in perfect harmony with the southern New Mexico landscape. Living room furniture is cushy. The heart of the house is an exceptionally well equipped gourmet-style kitchen. The primary bedroom is large and comfortable. The en suite is luxurious featuring a jetted tub and a more-than-generous shower with three shower heads. The owner is attentive and a pleasure to work with. We recommend this property without reservation.

Fabulous house!

Fantastic house! Nicely decorated, luxurious towels and linens. Extremely well stocked kitchen and large dining area. We hosted two family dinners and everyone sat around the dining table, visiting long after we finished eating. Very quiet house, we didn’t hear any outside noise. Beautiful place and all one level, great for my MIL who doesn’t do stairs as well anymore! Will be our go to place every time we are in town!

Really enjoyed my stay! I was in town helping someone tour a college campus. Very thankful that they allow pets and the yard is pet friendly. The host was very very communicative Which is always a great plus.

Great home!!

This home was very clean. The layout was great for two couples. Enjoyed the backyard and fire pit! Kitchen was amazing. Best shower ever!
