Horrible

The property was nasty. Then the owner tried to scam us out of two hundred dollars by saying he smelled smoke because he seen my husband smoking outside. I had to file a dispute with the company. The owner is a liar, cheat and thief.

When you clear ashes, cigarettes and coke cans full of cigarette butts out of the apartment, and the place reeks of smoke, you don't have to be a detective to figure out that guests were smoking in the apartment.. These guests did file a dispute and it was denied. I suppose the only recourse left was to ruin my standing with a very low review.. But I can't be swayed using a review as a weapon for no respect of my property or my income..

Would not recommend

When I arrived at the property it was not clean. There were dirty towels and socks on the banister, Mt. Dew can behind the door, ripped up carpet and carpet padding in the living room, used food in the fridge and cabinets, dirt on the floor, etc. I called the owner, who did respond quickly. He came over to the property and said I could move to his other property. After moving all my stuff I was told I couldn’t stay there because he had rented that side out. I moved all my stuff back to the other property. He told me I did not rent the living room part of the apartment. This made no sense to me as that was in the listing. When I explained that to him he was just like “oh”. He picked up the towels and carpet. As I looked at the mattress, it was dirty and had many holes in it. The chair in the kitchen was completely broken. The couch was pulled apart, and I had to try to fix that. I did not feel safe/comfortable staying at this property. After pay that much to stay there for the weekend, I decide it was better for me to rent a hotel room down the road. All this to say I would not recommend this property.
