With panoramic views of the stunning desert landscape, this modern St. George townhome offers a relaxing retreat in southwestern Utah! Lounge in style at the community pool and hot tub, rally with a friend on the tennis courts, or practice your swing on the Bloomington Country Club's golf course.

Amenities include 5 bikes, EV charging outlet in garage, pickle-ball equipment, BBQ grill, pool gear, board games, and more.

Whether you are looking for resort-style relaxation and golf, swimming at the pool, or to explore nearby hiking areas, this St. George townhome is perfect for a group of up to 12 to get away from it all.

COMMUNITY AMENITIES: Outdoor pool, hot tub, tennis court, clubhouse, golf course w/ green fee (optional, paid on arrival)

INDOOR LIVING: Flat-screen Smart TVs, hardwood floors, wooden dining table

KITCHEN: Fully equipped, dishware and flatware, dishwasher, coffee maker, stainless steel appliances, breakfast counter

GENERAL: Free WiFi, air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, linens/towels, suitable for children, suitable for elderly, washer/dryer

PARKING: Garage (2 vehicles), parking lot available on a first-come, first-served basis

Restaurant and Clubhouse hours are typically:
o Mon-Tues: 10am - 5pm
o Wed-Fri: 10am - 9pm
o Sat: 8am - 9pm
o Sun: 8am - 5pm

The pool will be heated, and open for use beginning the weekend of President’s Day and running through the Thanksgiving weekend. The hot tub will be heated and open for use year-round.
• During its operation, pool hours shall be, at minimum:
o President’s Day weekend through April 15th: 10am - 9pm
o April 16 through Labor Day: 9am - 10pm
o Tuesday after Labor Day through Thanksgiving weekend: 10am - 9pm

Conveniently Located

Have stayed at this complex before. Our son lives in Tonaquint Hill Subdivision, this location is a few minutes away. Plenty of room inside and nice balcony space. Convenient to surrounding areas. Nice new Smiths grocery in Bloomington.

Last minute get away to find sunshine

This property was as pictured if not better. Perfectly furnished, clean, quiet, close to pool, and relaxing. Very convenient to Town Center for shopping/restaurants. Close to city, state and national parks for playing/hiking/biking. Host was very helpful and responded quickly.

Perfect long weekend

Clean, nice amenities, close to downtown

Very spacious and well maintained. Plenty of room for our group of about 12. The kids enjoyed the heated pool. Having a golf course walking distance from the front door was nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for families

We shared this property with another family and it was perfect. The bunk bed rooms were a hit with the kids. The pool and restaurant at the country club were great too. We used the pool all weekend in the winter…it’s heated all year long!

Easy Comfy Stay

The place was clean. Check in was super simple. And more importantly check out was super easy. There’s always a large cleaning fee, glad to see that’s going to actual cleaning and not having us pay it and do it all like other places we’ve stayed at. We weren’t messing but the east check out list made the whole trip great!

Terrific property for families

We loved staying at this property . It is perfect location and property for families. There were enough beds for all of our kids to have their own bed. There are plenty of televisions. There are bikes for the younger kids. Pickle ball equipment. It was a great weekend.

Great villa, great host

This is our second time staying at the villas in Bloomington country club. First time at this villa. It was wonderful. Eric is a great host that accommodated our family by being flexible. And any questions or issues were quickly addressed. The property is clean and fresh with plenty of room. We really enjoyed the villa and property and highly recommend. Thank you!

Awesome

This place was awesome for me and my family. I got to play a round of golf while the kids went to the pool. Everything was clean and plenty of apace for us. The only thing I found frustrated was the AC. It was on a schedule and set at temp that weee not comfortable in the heat of St. George.

Amazing Townhome!

We absolutely loved this property! It has everything that we needed. It was clean and beautiful. We had fun at the pool and eating lunch at the country club. The property manager was so helpful with our questions. We plan to stay here again!

Great getaway!

The townhouse is an excellent layout for a vacation rental! Also, the location was perfect (swimming, golfing, etc). I do wish the kitchen was stocked a little better with more cookware, but overall the experience was awesome!

Spacious, clean and convenient. We had a two night stay and it was perfect for our needs. A condo environment but the use of the garage and the spaciousness were real pluses. Met every expectation and we enjoyed it greatly.
