Thank you so much for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the great location and found the description to be very accurate. It’s also wonderful to know the condo itself was great and met your expectations. We do appreciate your note about the building feeling a little rundown, and we understand how the overall property condition can affect the guest experience. Thank you again for staying with us and for taking the time to share both the positives and the area where there is room for improvement. We’d be happy to welcome you back anytime.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear the location worked well for your summer stay, especially during such a busy time downtown. We’re sorry, however, that the rug was not in acceptable condition. A filthy rug is not the standard we expect, and we’ll share this with housekeeping so it can be properly cleaned or reviewed for replacement. We also appreciate you pointing out the cool air vent in the main floor bedroom. You’re right that this sounds like an easy fix, and we’ll have maintenance review the vent so it is properly installed and no longer leaves an unfinished view from the bed. Thank you again for staying with us and for sharing these helpful notes. Your feedback helps us address the details that make the guest experience better.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the great location, easy communication, clean and updated property, front desk convenience, and walkability. It’s wonderful to know the property worked well for your girls getaway. We also appreciate your honest feedback about the view and pool areas. We’re sorry those aspects did not meet your expectations, especially since they mattered a lot to you when choosing where to stay. We understand how disappointing it can be when the balcony view and pool experience are not what you anticipated. Your comments about the limited water view, balcony view, outdoor pool size, indoor pool area, and odor will be shared with our management team so we can review how the property is represented and where improvements may be needed. Thank you again for staying with us and for sharing both the positives and the concerns. We appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for an even better experience in the future.

Being within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops, Round Lake, Lake Michigan, and the Charlevoix lift bridge is such a great part of staying here, and we’re happy that convenience added to your visit. We also appreciate your helpful notes about the road noise from US 31 and the mini-split air conditioner placement. Thank you as well for mentioning the kitchen. While it is compact, we’re glad the walkable access to Charlevoix’s many restaurants worked well for your stay.
