An elevator offers easy access to upper floors. The ground-floor master suite in the guest wing has a king bed, a large closet, and two queen-sized bunks hidden in the wall as well as an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. Poolside, a second outdoor kitchen at one end of the covered lanai is the perfect place to grill the catch of the day. Cozy sofas surround another large tv and the outdoor fireplace on the opposite side of the porch.

The second story offers beach glam with the Gulf's turquoise waters peeking through the veranda's French doors. Another covered veranda overlooking the backyard pool oasis makes alfresco dining a delight at either an 8-seat table or a 4-seat cafe table. A large TV, sink, and built-in grill complete the summer kitchen. A gourmet chef's kitchen steps away offers an 81 square feet island crowned with a 5' wide iron chandelier. Double dishwashers, commercial-sized refrigerator, 6-burner Wolf gas range, and Quad -- yes, 4 -- ovens, along with ample counter space and double microwaves make cooking a joy for family and friends on vacation. Twin 11-foot dining tables ensure comfort when enjoying a gourmet meal. A wet bar with icemaker, splash sink, and wine cooler across the room means vacation mixologists have plenty of space to create. Separate twin seating areas plush with oversized sofas, armchairs, and separate TVs are perfect for watching the big separating the Tigers from the Tide.

At the top of the stairs on Floor 3 is a small covered porch offering expansive views. An additional guest wing on the 3rd story features 2 oversized master suites. The huge master suite includes a king bed, full-sized sofa, and a large adjoining bathroom with a travertine double vanity, walk-in shower, and ample closet. Twin single bunks are hidden in the wall while the ensuite bathroom features a double vanity, walk-in shower, and a deep free-standing soaking tub. Also on Floor 3 is an upstairs laundry room with full-sized washer and dryer, refrigerator, and sink behind a sliding barn door. as well as a media room with plush sofa and loveseat, cafe table, wet bar with icemaker, microwave, mini drink cooler and cocktail sink. French doors lead to a deep veranda facing the beach and a spiral staircase rises one more level to the 4th story observation deck featuring the best views.

Tents and canopies are not allowed on the beach.

Parking for 6 vehicles only in the driveway per the HOA. Additional parking is not available. No parking of boats, trailers, or RVs at this home.

Pool + Spa heating can be added for $90 plus tax per day and $630 plus tax per week. Pool + Spa heating is charged for the entire length of stay. The pool is 31x20 and 5 feet deep. Spa is 9x9
